Although their food is good, I had a terrible experience when I ordered my coffee today at 5pm. Im very sensitive to caffeine and specifically asked for a decaf latte and was given a regular one by the one person who was handling everything. I did realize this a few minutes later, the result being that it’s now 3am and im still wide awake, have a super busy day tomorrow and an 8 month old baby. Unfortunately they have only 1 person handling the whole booth from billing to preparing all the food & beverages etc, and lots of people queuing up for orders. The person just has too much to handle and hence made a mistake. Disappointed.
