Chicken Salad Chick

I am a big fan of CSC, and It's not worth deducting a star (most people will not notice or care about this), but there has been a small issue at this location for years since it opened. The pasta salad is dry. Now, you might assume this would be an isolated issue, but I've made regular stops at 5 other locations in multiple states, and the pasta salad is perfect at every other location besides this one. It's been so consistent that we avoid eating here. I'm mentioning it in this review because it feels like an easy fix to start adding more dressing. Otherwise, everything is wonderful!

Love chicken Salad Chick. We actually drive 10” miles round trip to get their chicken and egg salads to go. I think that they have 8-10 different types of chicken salad. All delicious try their delicious desserts as well. Their in house sandwiches look really good. Haven’t tried them yet, because we always get there to go salads. If you’re a fan of chicken and/or egg salads, you’ve got to check these restaurants out. Highly recommend.

I absolutely loved my experience at CSC! The girl who took my order, I think her name was Tori, was super friendly and took the time to answer all my questions. The food was delicious, and the staff was so welcoming. Thank you for such a wonderful experience—I can't wait to return!

I wasn’t sure what I wanted but Tori took the time to answer my questions about the menu and was very nice. She even came by and asked me if I liked what I decided on and cleaned our table off. Very nice service

Not only did I give you a bad review but I let everyone in Oviedo know what type of manager you are and how bad you treat customers for absolutely no reason which is exactly why people quit their jobs at Chicken salad Chick to begin with because of managers like you. And I let everyone know, you can't treat people that way. And get away with it, the once every two years I come in you'll never remember me anyways. Just like you won't be there in 2 years. Your assistant manager should be manager, you don't want to deal with simple things at least he understood I wasn't the issue.

Why don't you just say the real issue is you just did not want to refund me my $22.00 because you're lazy and grumpy. I was $5 short of my order with cash and decided I'll just pay with my debit card. But that was too much of a hassle for you, so you straight up told me to get something else instead of what I wanted so you wouldn't have to fix the money problem that again wasn't my issue to begin with, therefore picking an unnecessary fight where you yelled at me multiple times for no reason!

BTW, I did not wear any type of clothing specifically in preparation of thinking I was stopping to get food today. Nor did I ask for any favors. I know you would like to think that but it was just coincidence, I have a lot of old work t-shirts, stop being so uptight! 🙄

Chicken salad melt on a croissant with a side of fruity Fran and broccoli salad.

My go to favorite meal when I want something healthy and delicious. The broccoli salad is the perfect side dish.

This location is consistent in presentation, flavor, cleanliness and customer service. It’s always a pleasant experience.

Jalapeño holly, pimento cheese and Barbie Q scoops never miss. Cheaper and tastes better than Bernie’s down the road. The crackers are literally that. Crack. You can never get enough of those! If I could suggest: make it possible to buy extra crackers as sometimes I run out of crackers before finishing my salad.
