Love it here! If you love Chicken salad, this is your place. So many choices. My favorite changes each visit. The staff sets the bar high on service and cleanliness. I notice the managers are right there on the line, at the register, running food and being visible in the dining area. Can't wait till next time.

I went to purchase two small to go chicken salads. They had cake slices on the counter for purchase. I bought one of the white cake. The cake helped me to remember that I had my birthday 🎂 🥳 reward to use. Thank you for the free meal! Delicious as always!!

I usually go Lady Lake location, but I was super surprised that everything tasted exactly the same here. My dads first time trying and he loved it. Hannah was awesome.

The mini cookies are my favorite part. Jalapeño Holly chicken salad is my favorite one. Usually get the scoop w crackers. So good. One of my biggest pregnancy cravings lately lol

We came to sample flavors for a catering order and couldn’t be happier with the friendly professional attention we received from Chelsie Johnson, General Manager and her entire staff! We were provided with all samples desired, given catering menus and details about the brand, store, and location expansion which we enjoyed hearing about. Great customer service for an outstanding product!

I don't think I could say anything that would explain the amazing experience I had at Chicken Salad Chick. While I go sometimes to grab lunch with friends and it is always amazing this time my co-workers found out I lived near a CSC and begged for me to bring it to the office next time I was coming to the office, so I ordered it Wednesday evening to bring it in Thursday. The online order unfortunately did not go through but that didn't stop them, they took my order over the phone and told me they would see me at 7pm. I completely lost track of time and at 7:48pm I got a call asking if I still needed the order. They were willing to stick around and get my order to me even though they close at 8pm. They were so Helpful and friendly the entire time. While I was clearly a hot mess that day, they did not make me feel unwelcome because of it and they had everything under control.

How this place has less than 5 stars idk! The food was great I’ll be back to try more flavors but the costumer service was EXCELLENT! this was my first time at any location and I was helped by Hannah she explained the menu and offered her recommendation when I was deciding between two flavors she was awesome. When I went back up to place an order for my mom to go another employee who looked like he was headed home stopped to help the costumer in front of me (he could have just left but didn’t) because Hannah was helping already assisting another lady. As both of these transactions were happening the general manager (I didn’t get her name) came over and took my order! EVERY person i encountered was warm and friendly! Thank you for such a great experience!

RUDE!!!! tried ordering through the drive thru and they couldn’t hear me (understandable) they told me to pull around the drive thru. Okay fine. me thinking that they are going to take my order because she couldn’t hear me, the rude older lady at the window gives me attitude and asks me if I’m going to order because they are “other cars being me” as I’m clearly looking at the menu. My office orders here frequently but no more after today. So rude!

I am a big fan of CSC, and It's not worth deducting a star (most people will not notice or care about this), but there has been a small issue at this location for years since it opened. The pasta salad is dry. Now, you might assume this would be an isolated issue, but I've made regular stops at 5 other locations in multiple states, and the pasta salad is perfect at every other location besides this one. It's been so consistent that we avoid eating here. I'm mentioning it in this review because it feels like an easy fix to start adding more dressing. Otherwise, everything is wonderful!

Love chicken Salad Chick. We actually drive 10” miles round trip to get their chicken and egg salads to go. I think that they have 8-10 different types of chicken salad. All delicious try their delicious desserts as well. Their in house sandwiches look really good. Haven’t tried them yet, because we always get there to go salads. If you’re a fan of chicken and/or egg salads, you’ve got to check these restaurants out. Highly recommend.
