I always have a good experience at Chili's Oviedo. I had Chili's To Go tonight. Whenever I get a to go order, it is always ready faster than they say it will be. I made some customization to my potato soup and it was just the way I like it.The food was great as was the service at the counter and it was a very busy Friday night. We will be back again.

One of my favorites in Oviedo. Consistent with food. The Service is on point. Adding my name to the wait list for a party of 7 @ 6:00pm. No issues. Checked in, sat immediately and enjoyed the great food and service.

Its the same as any chili's. I always get good service, if you have eaten one before, its the same. I have never had a complaint with any of the meals i jave had here. I usually go for a drink and appetizers. Bartenders make decent drinks, remember they are governed by the Chili's management so dont get mad if you rum and coke is more coke than rum but that usual stuff aside, the place is chill.

I had a good experience here. It was really busy when I arrived and I was doubting whether I should go in because I was so hungry and I didn't want to wait. I decided to go anyway and I was happy that I did. The service was great and fast, even though it was super busy. everything was as expected and I will definitely go back. My order was not as good as it usually is but I think that is going to happen sometimes.

We went in around 9 PM on a Tuesday. The restaurant wasn’t busy, and while our server was kind, he was noticeably less attentive than usual. We used to be regulars, but Chili’s has declined in recent months, so our visits have become infrequent.

Things went wrong early in the meal. My soup arrived with a dirty spoon, and I had to get up and go to the bar myself to request a clean one.

Then the entrées arrived. I had ordered my cheeseburger with Swiss cheese because I can’t have yellow cheddar. It came out with cheddar anyway. When we pointed it out, the server said he’d bring a new one, but what came back was clearly the same burger with the cheddar scraped off and a slice of Swiss placed on top. A significant amount of cheddar was still melted onto the patty, so I couldn’t eat it. It just ended up becoming leftovers for my husband.

I could understand this happening on a busy Saturday night or right before closing, but the restaurant was slow, and the server rarely checked on us. Had he come by more often, he might have noticed that I never touched the “replacement” burger.

Overall, I left very disappointed and reminded of why we’ve stopped coming here.
