Food was good. Server did well for the large group. But the hostesses were clueless, forgetful and not helpful. They had no knowledge for helping with check issue and by the time they remembered we had a birthday in our group, the entire party (8 of 10) except the birthday person had left. They sang to an empty table. Classic. We also couldn’t get our check right. But there too many problems by then and we just wanted to leave. Costly lessons learned. (Oviedo location)

Bad day. The water main was broken so they had a very limited menu. Ordered steak which wasn't exactly good but ate most of it. Ten ounce sirloin which was about 40% fat and gristle. Wasn't exactly happy and I'm not usually one to complain. But our server was a great dude. Props to the older muscular guy.

Made an online order drove 40 min after work only to find They gave away my order to someone else 😥, manager never expressed any apologies or accomodations - just had to wait for them to remake my food

I normally take my losses but i cant get over my experience at Chili’s last night. Dont get me wrong my server was amazing and so personable but his coworkers really tried to screw him. I went with 5 other friends last night and most us of got the 3 for me sirloin. I asked for ceasar salad with balsamic dressing instead of ceasar and the salad came out with ceasar dressing on the side overflowing onto my salad, okay cool i ask for a remake and then they bring me a house salad. I decided to give it to one of my friends instead and just keep my mouth shut since i already returned the first salad. I asked for a refill along with my friends and only they got their refills while i did not, i had to ask for it a second time. Then my sirloin came out, i asked for it to be medium and it came out rare no where near medium. I was so fed up that only my food was getting messed up that i tried to just eat since i was hungry, i only took a couple bites before i stopped since it was all fat so then i moved onto my corn which i also only had a couple bites of since i lost my appetite. i was just going to take my loss pay for my food and tip my server since it wasnt his fault only my food out of a 6 top kept getting messed up, but my friends stood up for me and told him my experience for which he was very apologetic and told me he will take my meal off the bill. When the bill came around apparently the manager decided that since i took a couple bites out my corn and drank my strawberry lemonade i only deserve 50% off and tried to make me pay. again i didnt want to cause any trouble so i was just going to pay and leave when my friends got so fed up for me that they talked to the manager to take the entire meal off. overall thank you to my kind server but my experience was absolutely terrible especially when i was the only person that kept getting messed up food every step of the way. i have never felt more unseen and unheard.

Took 40 minutes to get a pulled pork sandwich and a hamburger. The hamburger was terrible bun was soggy and the burger was undercooked.

Just want to warn everyone. If you order 3 to me and Hamburger and you Select the chips and dip, if you’re Not wanting to be charged guacamole, let the server know. My husband ordered the burger and The server Asked did he want chips and dips, soup or salad and my husband ordered the chips and dip. She asked if he wanted guacamole, but she never advised there was an extra charge for the guacamole . I’ve worked as a server before soI know they expect you have to upsell,, but not letting the customer know they’re being charged extra is unacceptable and sneaky and I left the bad taste in my mouth!! I will question everything from now on when or even if I visited this establishment again!!

This chilis never misses on our to go order! I always get the triple dipper and do double honey chipotle with the southwest egg rolls and they always give me plenty of sauce and it’s always PERFECT. 10/10 recommend this location. The one we went to in Georgia was always a hit or miss so thank you Oviedo chilis ?
