Typical Chipotle, service is always excellent here, employees are nice and generous with portions. Pretty clean and well-maintained. Food has always been good as well.

Worst service! They just opened and I went in to place an order. About 6 employees visible. No one even had the decency to say, someone will be right with you. Behind me was a group of 10. This place needs new management . I will stick with my regular Chipotle that has great service on 434 in Winter Springs.

I accidentally ordered my mobile order to the wrong chipotle, but they still served me and helped me and they were very kind!

I wasn’t going to write a review to complain about paying for a double protien serving and only getting one serving (third time it’s happened) but then I pulled a long piece of curly hair out of my bowl today & just had to write a review. Just don’t go to this chipotle lol.

I asked for a little extra chicken the guy rolls his eyes and gives me one tiny piece of chicken, literally ONE piece. If I’m paying nearly 12$ for a burrito the attitude doesn’t have to be necessary

Food would've been perfect if the rice was cooked all the way. Some of the servers were stingy on the toppings.

I said adobe chicken by mistake when I ment chipotle honey chicken, they remade it for me I apologized for my mistake and charged me double protein when I didn’t ask for it. I said I didn’t ask for it and worker condescendingly laughed at me as if I was being a pain. Overall just not a good interaction.

This is the second time being served noticeably spoiled guac and paying full price for it: The lady working stated “that’s just how avocados work” but that is not my experience with previous chipotle visits. I did taste it and it tastes rotten. I am not one to complain however I don’t think it’s good to be serving spoiled food.

Honestly really disappointed. Advertised they are open until 11pm at night but out of chicken and steak by 10, only have enough if a togo order comes in. I understand not wanting to overstock for when you have to close but with an hour left this is ridiculous. I am insulin resistant and have to watch my sugar so unfortunately the other options aren’t very carb and sugar friendly and they were made aware of this. For them to not be able to make a batch to accommodate that is also very disappointing. Coming in an hour early to a more fast food type restaurant is not odd or deemed rude and for a claim to be made that they are “out” of chicken versus we don’t want to make anymore are two different statements and this situation was the second. As we were told “the grills are already cleaned.” Hopefully this can be prevented in the future and some changes can be made as recently the staff haven’t been the friendliest as well.

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The girl at the counter was noticeably rude and mumbled when she spoke, making it difficult to understand her. When I asked for fresh guacamole, she responded (barely audible) that it’s made fresh daily—but the guac in the bin was clearly old and brown. Even after mixing it, it didn’t look fresh.

To make matters worse, she seemed annoyed throughout the interaction and tossed my bowl to the cashier with clear attitude. My wife also asked for salad dressing and was completely brushed off. When we got home, there was no dressing in the bag at all.

The overall attitude and customer service from the staff need serious improvement. Basic courtesy and attention to orders go a long way.
