Updating my review on Culver's from six years ago. It doesn't happen often, but there are times when I desperately need a meal that comes from a drive-thru, I need it to be close to my apartment, and I don't want it to necessarily come from a dollar menu. When that specific situation arises, Culver's is usually my go-to.
Quality is about on par with what it was six years ago. It's better than any of the major nationwide chains, but still not as good as Whataburger. That being said, it's still the best drive-thru burger in Orlando. I enjoyed it.
Also enjoyed were the sides of onions rings and cheese curds. Onion rings were nice and crispy, with a good little slither of onion inside, legit. Curds are so good. Proper amount of breading, good hunk of cheese inside, infinitely dippable in various sauces.
Overall, this place is still good. I only took away a star because something from this meal gave me massive food poisoning and I had to miss work the next day. No biggie, it happens, but it really shouldn't.
The good and the bad. Best cod you can get in my opinion. Better than any seafood restaurant I've been too. The coleslaw is real good and the fries are okay. However, I paid more than $17 for a fast food meal!!! $17!!! Fast food!!! One person, one meal! The $13.39 price for the 2 piece cod dinner is high for fast food but I must say it's as good or better as any from a nice seafood restaurant. I assumed the drink was included for the price. Really Culver's? You can't include the drink with 2 pieces of cod?

25 min wait on drive thru for 3 sandwiches with no communication and no one in front of us in line but a lot behind us and some got there food at the same time. 8pm ish on a Sunday.

We don't live near here but were so excited to try their sandwiches. But the codfish was flavorless like no salt or seasoning on it. The onion rings so thin they tasted like no onion inside them. The coleslaw was great. The chicken was good but could have been juicier. Was overcooked maybe because a bit dry. The custard was good.
