I haven't been to a DQ since the food and ice cream sides were split, I think it was called Brazier on the food side. I have to say, it was bad. Both burgers the meat was cold and the cheese was not melted, the veggies seemed fresh, the fries were good. I'm not sure what the issue with the burgers was, no other customers were there, it was mid day, they should have been fresh and hot. I will not go back.

They seem to have a new crew there. First time our order was mixed up... None of the burgers were correct, they corrected them, but no apology. We like this location, and will go back again. Hopefully they will get better .

I had a terrible experience here. I waited over 20 minutes just for three ice creams, while other customers were being helped right away. It felt like I was being completely ignored. I had to remind the staff more than once, and they still kept serving others before me. Very poor service and totally unprofessional. I will not be coming back.

The gothic looking female employee with black hair took my families order then took an older white couples behind us. The older couple ordered the same thing as us so the employee took it upon herself to give them our food and have us wait an additional 30 mins for the food originally made for them. The vibe that this employee gave off was that it was racially motivated and this was so rude, unprofessional, and uncalled for. I already contacted customer service on the day this issue occurred and submitted a form to the email provided by customer relations, which was on 5/20 and nobody ever took the time to respond back to me.

Their blizzards have never been anything but awesome. Amy DQ that I have been to is like this. For the food, I've never tried it. It looks very unhealthy compared even to a small blizzard.

I purchased the hot fudge sunday. The formula of the ice cream must have changed. The ice cream was not creamy and smooth. The taste was not there like I have always had in the past. The texture was somewhat grainy, and the ice cream melted like it was watery instead of white, like the consistency of milk. The ice cream tasted like something I would get at a dinner buffet like Golden Coral. I won't be back to Dairy Queen if this is what their ice cream is going to taste like.
