Disappointed in my recent visit to this location. Definitely better workers than others. Felt rushed through my order and got sub par service and poorly made food which is weird cause when I come here usually meets my expectations. Definitely won’t come on a Saturday at 8 again.

Employees ignore delivery drivers. They see the driver, the phone screen with the name and order number, but walk past without responding. Orders only start being prepared once the driver arrives. This happens every time.

I never write reviews but their drive thru service and demeanor is always amazing and even coming in before close they are bright and kind.

I haven't been to a DQ since the food and ice cream sides were split, I think it was called Brazier on the food side. I have to say, it was bad. Both burgers the meat was cold and the cheese was not melted, the veggies seemed fresh, the fries were good. I'm not sure what the issue with the burgers was, no other customers were there, it was mid day, they should have been fresh and hot. I will not go back.

They seem to have a new crew there. First time our order was mixed up... None of the burgers were correct, they corrected them, but no apology. We like this location, and will go back again. Hopefully they will get better .

I had a terrible experience here. I waited over 20 minutes just for three ice creams, while other customers were being helped right away. It felt like I was being completely ignored. I had to remind the staff more than once, and they still kept serving others before me. Very poor service and totally unprofessional. I will not be coming back.
