The young lady who finally acknowledged me at the front counter was very sweet and helpful. I wanted a specific menu item but wanted to change a topping and she was super patient with my questions and very helpful with suggestions. She even suggested one I hadn't thought of! Got exactly what I wanted and it was deee-licious! You should maybe consider having her train the rest of the kids how to smile and acknowledge someone when they make eye contact with a guest, even if they're busy doing another task. Just saying....

we brought the kids to DQ, they all placed their ice cream orders while I requested a banana split. To my surprise , the banana tasted like a green plantain when I took a bite. Goodness! Give me what I paid for,gosh!

This is the best Dairy Queen. I always have a positive experience here. Tonight my cashier was so friendly and very good with the busy rush of customers. I enjoyed the salad with fried chicken and honey mustard. So yummy ?

I had the awesome experience from an awesome employee, her name is Tati.I wish every establishment had a person like Tati. She made my experience the best!! The place was packed with people but she had great patience as I was a first time visitor and trying to decide what I would like to order. She was very kind and soft spoken. With all of the people waiting online she maintained her professionalism and took great care to make sure I got exactly what I wanted.I hope this company understands how important an employee like this is to your establishment.Thank you again Tati for a wonderful experience and I hope this company recognizes you!!

I can't say enough great things about Dairy Queen.. I love the food and options. We ordered an ice cream cake for a birthday and they didn't disappoint. It came out perfect, and it was yummy. Everyone raved over how good it was, definitely a hit for our party highly recommend ?

I ordered an almost $7 basic blizzard and they filled it about 2 inches above the top of the cups lip, they then put a lid on it so when I got home 8 minutes later, all of the ice cream above the lip of the cup had melted, so when I removed the tall lid, the melted ice cream went everywhere and there was no other way of containing it and made an absolute mess. I wanted to upload a picture of the disaster it calls in my kitchen, but for some reason I don't see the option now. I will never go back to this location

Craved a late night chicken strip basket, and this location did not disappoint. The employees in the drive-thru were nice, and the service was fairly quick. Food tasted great as well.
