Terrible food and lousy service. You order the food through a QR code and pay on your phone. The food about the same quality as the food you’d get at a skating rink. When the server brought it to us, she didn’t speak a word or even smile. Just set the food on the table and left. I had to go hunt down straws and forks. I gave 2 stars because the games are fun if a bit overpriced
Like going there for for a quick bight to eat and a nice cold soda but at the bar, there sometimes you will have a women there who isn't friendly and acts as if she has an attitude. But by your next order she will be nice. It takes time for her to warm up. Otherwise it's a nice place to bring kids and gather with friends either for a drink or a quick bight.

Horrible Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs
If I could give zero stars, I would. We came to The District specifically to play an escape room, which showed as available online. We travel frequently to play escape rooms and were excited to check this one out.
When we arrived, we went to the desk for help booking a room, only to be met with rude and dismissive service. The employee barely acknowledged us, then walked away without explanation. When they finally returned, they simply said, “We have no rooms,” and refused to answer any further questions—whether about booking for another day or even purchasing a game card to play the arcade games.
The lack of professionalism and customer service was beyond frustrating. If this is how they treat paying customers, I can’t imagine how poorly the rest of the business is run. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere that actually values their guests.

I was approached by a staff member who informed me that outside food isn't allowed. However, there are no signs indicating this policy. I've also noticed other guests bringing in cake for birthday parties, so it seems like this rule should be consistently enforced for everyone.

Service was horrible no service efforts by any server. No greetings.
Only effort provided was the manger who leaves this week Eric!!! And I saw the bartender girl busting her ass.
Sad to see so much customer service go down hill!!!
Thank you Eric for checking in on us!!

I was here hanging out while my daughter and her boyfriend were bowling, doing escape rooms, and the arcade. I decided to take advantage of the happy hour and ordered a wine. All of the signs everywhere say that happy hour is buy 1 get 1 free. I went up to the bar at 6:50 to get my second wine and the bartender was swamped with customers and didn't get to me until about 7:10. When I look at my bill after, I noticed she charged me full price for the second wine stating that I ordered it after 7. It was supposed to be free so it shouldn't have mattered what time it was..And I was at the bar before 7. She refused to fix the price. All she really had to do was call a manager over to adjust it. I didn't want to be a Karen so I just ignored it and paid. Frustrating

Gelly ball with a group of younger kids was a disaster. Multiple left in tears within minutes. This was predictable: Instructions were brief and missing basic safety information like not to shoot at close range, or the fact that you can raise your hands and tap out. The targets were poorly explained. With the lights off most kids could not even understand how to turn in the guns. Bored dude doing the terrible job was in a hurry. Just a garbage experience by a poorly trained apathetic staff with no experience with younger kids. If your teen wants to come, fine. For anything younger you can do much better.
And the pizza was so undercooked it was inedible. Still better than the gellyball.
Go elsewhere. You can do better.
Kid-friendliness: This place’s employees are apathetic and poorly trained. Fine for mid teens, but for any kid under 12 you should fine a friendlier more careful place.
It was really bad. Standout bad: I watched a staff member make an 8ish girl cry because he would not explain how the tickets worked. He looked bored until she cried, then panicked and walked away (b behind a counter, like 3 feet) leaving her. It was dumb.

Used to come here once a month or more but it's too expensive now. Game cost have gone up and food too. Can't afford to come much anymore. Their food is great but yeah. Good luck with those prices.
It all feels overpriced and carnival scammy. Games are turned off. One game needing 2 or more players wouldn't start. Wet floor signs and liquid on floor in multiple spots. Not great.
