District Eat & Play

Was Looking for something random and fun to do but also drink and stay in the a/c. Went on a whim. Dylan was our bartender and was way above and beyond amazing. He suggested fun drinks, delicious food, and talked us into an escape room. The food was fresh and delicious. Really fun watching the old school gaming battles. Highly recommend! Give Dylan a raise!!!! 💖💖💖💖

They have a whole pinball room. I love that. You can find other arcades with the usual games, the shooting games, the games to let you win tickets, air, hockey, etc. But this place has so much more. They have bowling where the ball is the size of a softball so it’s inclusive of all ages. They’ve expanded to include escape rooms ax throwing and jelly ball which I’m assuming is some kind of paintball experience.
But I really appreciate as a parent is they have time cards or you can pay for an hour of game time and the kids can go around and play certain games as much as they want within the timeframe. It’s a really nice way for me as a parent to say you have an hour go have fun.

So fun! A group of friends and I went bowling and did an escape room! We got pizza which was pretty good as well. Ok place in terms of cleanliness, but overall it was a nice experience.

We have a wonderful evening with friends were kids and adults had a blast from doing bowling to karaoke, arcade games and escape room, I definitely recommend it for everyone.

It's so hard to find great customer service these days—but Loryn went above and beyond for my family and me. She was more than helpful and did things for us without us even asking.

She made everything so much easier, especially for my 2-year-old daughter, and we truly appreciate her kindness and patience. I really hope her boss sees this because she deserves recognition for the amazing service she provided. She was also so sweet.

I enjoy District Eat Play and have been coming since its opening.

Pros: So many fun options of things to do.
Variety of machines.
Lots of events and specials.
The food has consistently been good.
The manager was very professional and I appreciate his effort.

Cons: Service is not always great.
Bartender with the pink hair has been unfriendly the last 2 experiences.
Some employees seem very confused.

Service was not great at all. Employees were not helpful when answering questions and drink service (not alcohol! But all drinks are done by the bartender) was terrible. Ordered a tea, 35 minutes later, nothing. I had to go up only to be told they don't have it which is fine, but someone should have told me and then I wouldn't be waiting. Got a refund but no reciept to show it was voided. Overall not a great first experience of this place and not itching to come back.

My grandson (11) and I love this place! Every time we come, it is clean, the service is good, and the food is fresh. I’m also grateful for the vegan food options. I feel the prices are fair, and we enjoy the specials they run on different days of the week. A good, family atmosphere!

Real talk the food and services were good we enjoyed all of that but the service? Sealed the deal. Ethan was the definition of good service for our entire evening and was beyond attentive to everything we needed. We had been planning this birthday party for some time and it was resfreshing to have someone so willing to just jump in and ensure everything was handled. So big shoutout to Ethan, good luck next season bro!

Our food was delayed and my 9 year old ended up dropping his fun card we had just purchased. My son was in tears but Nick P. took care of him. Thank you so much all come back again and again you don’t get service like that anymore!

Terrible food and lousy service. You order the food through a QR code and pay on your phone. The food about the same quality as the food you’d get at a skating rink. When the server brought it to us, she didn’t speak a word or even smile. Just set the food on the table and left. I had to go hunt down straws and forks. I gave 2 stars because the games are fun if a bit overpriced

Like going there for for a quick bight to eat and a nice cold soda but at the bar, there sometimes you will have a women there who isn't friendly and acts as if she has an attitude. But by your next order she will be nice. It takes time for her to warm up. Otherwise it's a nice place to bring kids and gather with friends either for a drink or a quick bight.
