After placing an order for delivery, and after over an hour of waiting, I called the store and try to speak to the manager. I waited over 10min for them to pickup to phone. After all that, I complained with the manager and he said it is what it is...that he was short of staff. Horrible customer service. Corporate should send them help, and customer service training. Never again.

Unfortunately, very hit or miss. I moved to the area a short time ago, and I've tried to pick up a handful of orders. I've had one good experience out of it.
First time there, the person making the pizza apparently disappeared and they had to cancel my order after waiting 30 minutes after it was meant to be ready. Barely an apology from the staff that stuck around.
Attempt two. Gave them another shot and was rewarded with a solid pizza.
Tonight was attempt three. Quoted 11 to 21 minutes and arrived at about 25 minutes to see the single pizza I ordered not even in the oven yet. Lo and behold, I noticed it was the same pizza maker that had walked out about a month ago. Should have just cancelled then, but I wasn't even acknowledged until the pizza was done. Malayki was too busy slamming stuff around to do so I guess. Asked for extra sauce but ended up with a dry mess of a pizza with almost no cheese or sauce.
Frustrating to say the least. Oh well, plenty of other pizza places around. Should have looked at the other reviews.

This location stole my money twice due to non delivery. When called they claimed that they refunded me my money without even asking any information to know what order it was. I called my bank and found out nothing was done on DOMINO’S end. I’m now in the process of making a claim and will no longer order from them again.

Ok so we know this is a chain, and its not expected to be amazing but come on it just keeps getting worse. Tried the new NY style pizza and ordered a xl cheese and a medium 2 topping and it was so sad. Its basically like putting really bad sauce and cheese on a cardboard box. Never again

Ordered Delivery and after opening the box and taking a bite, the dough was clearly not cooked all the way through. The gentleman the phone, Lin, said he cooked & quality checked the pizza and it looked fine when he sent it out, which is concerning and makes you question what their standards for “quality checking” are. It seemed like he didn’t believe me and I even offered to send photos where you could see it not done right.Lin said he could only offer me to get it cooked again WELL DONE this time (should not have to do this to have it cooked fully through) The poor driver has to drive back and refund the cash I game him.The photo below shows how the bread should look like on the left and how should not be on the right.
