Ordered Delivery and after opening the box and taking a bite, the dough was clearly not cooked all the way through. The gentleman the phone, Lin, said he cooked & quality checked the pizza and it looked fine when he sent it out, which is concerning and makes you question what their standards for “quality checking” are. It seemed like he didn’t believe me and I even offered to send photos where you could see it not done right.Lin said he could only offer me to get it cooked again WELL DONE this time (should not have to do this to have it cooked fully through) The poor driver has to drive back and refund the cash I game him.The photo below shows how the bread should look like on the left and how should not be on the right.

I ordered my pizza at 6pm and I live 7 minutes away and literally I just got my pizza. SERIOUSLY 1 hour. Next time I'll pay more attention tothe reviews though.

Not the first rough order I've had from this location but this was the worst. I ordered a Brooklyn Ultimate Pepperoni with garlic Parmesan sauce, and added black olives to half. The pizza that arrived is the saddest excuse for a pizza I've ever received. Ther wasn't a single pepperoni on the whole Ultimate Pepperoni" pizza, and there was no sauce, either. It's just dry thin crust with a thin layer of cheese. When attempting to report an issue in the app, it just says something went wrong and to call instead. Utterly disappointed.

I want to thank Lin and his team at the 1795 E Broadway St, Oviedo, FL location. I had a very big order, 85 pies, for a school event and the experience was great. Lin was very patient answering all my questions throughout the week leading to the event. The day of the event the ovens were acting up a bit, but Lin quickly came up with a plan B and I never had to worry about anything. He made sure everything was delivered correctly and on time. The school event was a success. Thank you Lin and your team.
