My first few visits were pretty good, actually better than I expected. But lately it's been lackluster. Some of my online pick up orders have been incorrect, and even the drinks ordered in store haven't been right. Today (12/27/25), majority of my online order was incorrect, wrong donuts, and drink was made incorrect. Did not feel like driving back as my family were up ready to eat.
I may give them another try, but I may have to drive further down the street and try the other location, if that's any better.

It is sad to see so many one star reviews!! I have been coming to the Dunkin for many months before going to work. Me and my co workers can always rely on the ladies at dunkin to make us the best drink in a quick manner. The workers there always thank us health care workers and we will always continue to get our coffee from this exact dunkin. I would like to shout out a few of my favorite ladies, Brianna, Annabell and Al’Leah! They are constantly taking care of my and my team! We appreciate you<3

I love coming to this dunkin every morning. As a nurse coming into work very early in the morning, Dunkin has been my favorite breakfast spot. Fast, easy, and amazing staff. This one young girl specifically, Brianna, has been so kind to me everytime I go in. She knows my order by now and never fails to make my day better by being so sweet! This dunkin will forever be my go to Dunkin!

Today I had one of the worst customer service experiences at this location. I placed my order, waited at the window for about 10–15 minutes, and only then did the employee tell me they didn’t have sesame seed bagels. There was no apology just, “Do you want something else?”I told her I didn’t want anything anymore, and she replied, “What do you want me to do?” I asked for my money back. Then she asked if I wanted to keep the drink, but the drink alone is $4 and the full meal was $6, so no I didn’t want to pay $4 for just a drink I didn’t even get with the meal I ordered.After waiting another 10 minutes for my refund, she still didn’t give me the full amount back. The manager came out with an attitude and told me they only have one register, instead of fixing the issue.I left feeling sad, unsatisfied, and honestly frustrated with less money than what I paid, no drink, no breakfast, and a really bad taste in my mouth from the whole situation. This isn’t the first time this location has messed up my order, but it will definitely be the last time I go there. I’m sharing this review so others are aware of the poor service and repeated issues at this location.

Really rude staff. They can’t take a credit card through the drive-through and they also don’t accept bills of $100 when three dozen donuts is $50. I will go out of my way to avoid this location in the future.

My daughter, Alix, and I love Tee (Manager) and her team at this location! We love coming here and always leave feeling like we just spent a few mins with family!! This is the best Dunkin that I have ever visited and keep going back! Tee is fantastic!!

I ordered 3 sprinkle donuts and 3 glazed donuts in the drive thru. When I got to the window, the gentleman who took my order could no longer remember what I ordered or how many. A young lady chimed in, asking if I only ordered 3 donuts instead of the 6 total. As a third employee stepped up to join the confusion, I decided it was just too much for this collective braintrust to handle, so I left. So if you have low expectations but can still be disappointed, stop by the Oviedo Dunkin' and place what should be an easy order.

I lost 600 points because This location couldn’t get a sesame seed bagel toasted with butter correct so I got a bagel with cream cheese that I’m allergic to that I’m not gonna eat lost 600 points and can’t even get a hold of anybody on the app to see about getting my points back or refund
