Rip off. I pay $2.43 at every Dunkin I visit in Sanford and Lake Mary with senior discount, but same coffee in Oviedo today was $3.09. It's not gourmet coffee and the price dissuaded me from leaving my usual half buck tip.

Ordered a Holiday cookie latte. It was supposed to come with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, and cookie crumble. Instead, I got a coffee with pumps of brown sugar. I wanted to send it back after paying 6 dollars but the employee looked suicidal.

Swung by to grab some coffee; quick, fast service (with a smile!) coffee was hot and fresh. Drive thru was quick and easy.

I was unable to get an avocado toast 40 minutes before closing time because they said they would be closing "soon" and had already shut down the food prep area. That's absurd.

Do yourself and use a different Dunkin. Ordered a day early for my daughter’s bday as we were told to do. When I get there they say they don’t have any of what we ordered left. What’s the purpose of online ordering way ahead of time. Manager said there is no point. You can only get what they have left.
I drive to 2 other Dunkin locations to try to piece meal my daughter’s donuts for her party. When I ask their staff about ordering a day early they tell me they get that in the morning and put it to the side, thus the idiot manager at this Dunkin straight up lied to me.
Luckily other stores were able to accommodate most of what we ordered, but seriously will never go back to this location again.

Longest wait in both drive tru and inside. But of course, these kids are in their phone texting instead of focusing on their job. On the other hand, my hot latte wasn't hot, and my order was wrong, which caused a longer delay. It was a mad house. It seems like an adult needs to be supervising this location.

This is by far the worst Dunkin donut I've ever been to. We just moved to the area and I was excited for this new breakfast opportunity on the way into work. However, every morning I have gone so far has been an utter disappointment. Whatever I order, they seem to be out of. So today I finally made the decision to leave that Dunkin donut and stop at another one on the way into work. This is further proof that this Dunkin donut is garbage because the next one I went to had everything on my order.
It might be worth mentioning that I go to work at 6:30 in the morning. So I could almost understand the store just not making those types of food items yet. However, if the other Dunkin Donuts is up to speed that early in the morning, then there is no excuse for this one.
So if you have other donut options on your route to work, I highly suggest not wasting your time on this one.

They give you literally 4-5 tiny hash browns. Remember to say "hot" when ordering if you don't want ice coffee. Ice is now the default. They don't have soy milk but they do have almond and oat.
