Pregnant wife wanted an iced coffee from Dunkin, when I received my order in the drive thru it was a hot coffee I explained this was supposed to be iced. Employee Jeremy stated “sorry can’t do anything for you” we even asked for just a cup of ice and he said “our manager said we can’t give you a cup of ice” needless to say I pulled around front and walked in side. Upon entering employee Bella greeted us and apologized and completely replaced the coffees at no charge. Needless to say they need to hire more people like Bella and less like Jeremy. The 4 stars review is for Bella not Jeremy as I would give him 0 stars.

wow. everytime I get dunkin at any other location it is cold and not great but this dunkin always hits. my bacon egg and cheese was the best thing i’ve ever eaten and the customer service was also so good. the color of the lattes are exquisite, and my loaded hashbrowns were also one of the best things i’ve ever eaten. They rlly put their dunkussy into it. not derogatory.

If today was my first day at this Dunkin’ Donuts I would’ve thought this was a great location. The staff they had on Monday compared to the staff they had this morning is incredibly different if they could hire more people like the staff this morning and hold back to the staff from monday morning, this place would have much better reviews. Although there was a hair in my food, unfortunately this morning, the kind man at the window was extremely empathetic, polite, and if anything management material

6yrs ago this location got ★★★★★ now, ★ cuz, i clearly, asked for a Hot Larger, Cocoa mochha signature Latté & got it black w/ nothin' but, whipped cream & cocoa drizzle. i NEVER ASKED FOR MINES TO B BLACK! GET DAMN ORDERS CORRECT!!!!
Good Dunkin food. The service is very slow. The place is clean. Free parking and plenty of it. Great seating area.

I listened to a man telling a woman employee about how men learn from their mistakes and women don't while ordering my good. I was thinking thus was a manager displaying an employee for all to hear. It affected the atmosphere and was very wrong

What a terrible experience I came through the drive through and my sandwich was undercooked (cheese wasn’t melted & eggs was cold), and I was missing a donut. I went inside to correct my order & was met with an attitude by 3 different employees including the manager. Don’t come to the location unless you want to be met with problems- even after tipping.

Do not come here if you have a milk allergy, I asked for almond milk and let a person in store know that the drink they made me bothered me, they told me they made it without mixing it w the spoon, now I’m headed to work itchy because of the drink, this is why I never visit dunkin when there’s Starbucks that’s never brushed me off for my allergies huge waste of $6 for some overly sweet terribly made coffee
