If you're craving Dunkin after 11:00 a.m., find a different location. For whatever reason, this place is never well stocked, and seemingly every time I visit they're out of something. It's been an ongoing problem for the past year, and it's not being addressed. The employees are always apologetic, and they're doing their best, but someone in management keeps letting this happen.
The good news is there are two other locations less than 3 miles away that are usually much better stocked and prepared.

Not the most pleasant location in East Orlando. Every time I go it seems like everyone has an attitude and annoyed, I’m always being cut off in the middle of speaking and constantly being rushed. The customer service could be improved.

I made a mistake on an online order of 3 dozen donuts for an event this morning, and Ellie resolved the problem right away. She called another location to make sure I could get that many donuts on time for my event. Even though it was my mistake, Ellie took responsibility for solving the problem and was cheerful and professional.

The worst Dunkin’ I’ve been to thus far. Bottom of the barrel customer service. Everyone seems to hate their job especially the young black girl. She’s always so annoyed, rolling her eyes, while throwing orders down.

Poorly ran location and poorly trained employees. Four separate times with four different employees and had issues everytime. Was told today that they cannot make the macchiato with decaf coffee?? Also received ice cold snackin bacon and was “reassured” by the girl at the drive through that “it’s always like that since it’s served at room temp”…..First of all, it wasn’t room temp, it was COLD, as in straight from the fridge into my bag. never once before this have I received anything less then atleast warm bacon.

I didn’t catch the name of the guy working today, he was great though! I called ahead of time to make sure they were doing the Halloween munchkin bucket and that they still had a variety there. He was very kind in answering me and letting me know. When I got there he apologized that they didn’t have lids, but was kind and asked if I wanted a certain flavor or a variety. I wanted a variety with no blueberries and he made it happen. My doggo was very happy to get his pup cup too! Thank you for the treats! ?
