I didn’t catch the name of the guy working today, he was great though! I called ahead of time to make sure they were doing the Halloween munchkin bucket and that they still had a variety there. He was very kind in answering me and letting me know. When I got there he apologized that they didn’t have lids, but was kind and asked if I wanted a certain flavor or a variety. I wanted a variety with no blueberries and he made it happen. My doggo was very happy to get his pup cup too! Thank you for the treats! ?

I can’t say enough about the amazing service I received at this Dunkin’ Donuts location! I was having a really rough day, but the team here completely turned it around.
Ava was the first to help—she took my call ahead of time to make sure the machine was up and running before I made the trip over. I really appreciated her going the extra mile! When I arrived, Hannah was so friendly and took my order with a warm smile that instantly made me feel better. And Kenni, the manager, was simply outstanding! She made sure everything went smoothly and that I left with exactly what I needed.
The customer service from these ladies is truly top-notch. They didn’t just take my order; they turned my bad day into a brighter one. Thank you, Ava, Hannah, and Kenni, for being so wonderful!

The employees at this location need an attitude check. It was a miracle that I even stopped in today to get coffee due to my last horrible experience with one of the female employees. She was trying to rub her bad day onto her customers while ordering. Today, however, the manager decided to add granulated sugar to a cold coffee... how is that supposed to melt? Then when I went in to get her to remake it she added so much liquid sweetener that I could not drink it. I will never be going to this Dunkin location again. They need to be trained on customer service and how to make a basic iced coffee. Where's the standards, Dunkin?

Had a bad customer service earlier this morning by 2 employees. The girl who was taking orders for the drive thru gave me a rude response to my question and the guy who actually took my order at the drive thru had one of the worst attitudes. Receipt had the name Alexandra on it.

This is the best Dunkin around town. My friend and I refuse to go to any others.
I went through the drive-through and got a coffee with my roommate, and when we took a sip of it after we left, the coffee tasted like straight cleaner. We called and were told that they dont use cleaner in their brewer, so theres no way it could have cleaner in it. The lady on the phone was really rude. Kinda concerning that apparently they dont clean the brewer, and it still doesn't explain why my coffee tasted strongly of cleaner.
