I honestly had to delete my old review and write a new one because of how bad this place is. Twice this week they have run out of tortillas to make a wrap and today they have run out of all cheese. Olga the manager since I asked for her name is really horrible at her job if she cannot keep the damn place stocked. Not to mention the severe lack of any empathy or any customer service from all of her employees.

I uber eats order from this location all the time, i’m usually happy with my order (sometimes) but I definitely will not be ordering from this location anymore. I ordered a bagel and when I took a nice big bite.. there was MOLD in the bagel! I looked some more and there was actually a couple spots of mold in the bagel, thank you to whatever worker made that and was so lazy to not just make another one because I know damn well yall saw that before putting the cream cheese on. Yall suck :)

This dunkin is by far the best dunkin. I love dunkin and have been to a lot of different dunkins over the years. I started going to this one because it was on my way to work. They memorized my order and my name. They are always super friendly and they offer so many cool things that I’ve never seen at any other dunkin. They did a punch card that gave you a free coffee on your fifth visit as well as they had a parking lot event where you could earn free merch or food. This dunkin is so good that when I got a different job in the opposite direction I make it a point to go OUT of my way to still get my coffee from here. I’ve never had a bad experience at this dunkin and most dunkins i’ve been to i’ve had at least 1 bad experience. This dunkin should be a model for the other dunkins in the area. If i could give 10 stars I would. Shout out to the entire staff especially the managers and shift leads.

I went through the drive thru to place and purchase my order. I was told that my debit card was declined. They said there was a connection error and all my cards were being declined. I was then asked to move up while they restarted their card machine. I was then asked to come inside to try my card as there was no issue with another person's card. I went in, and again, the card reader would say "connection error" and they would tell me it was declined! I had the funds in my account and had not been 30 minutes since I had purchased at a nearby store. The manager proceeded to show me how the system worked just fine for everyone else! I paid for my donuts with what little cash I had since they weren't able to process the Dunkin gift card I had either! How was that my fault? Out of whatever you want to call it, the manager did let me have the drinks at she "didn't want to throw those away since they were already made." After I left there, I went to another store and my same debit card worked for a higher purchase. Glad there are plenty of Dunkin locations to choose from in the area, as I will not be returning to this one, no matter the convenient location.

The breakfast wrap is actually stale mini taco shell with half of an egg patty and half of a turkey sausage patty. The tater tots were burnt. This place should be closed. Abysmal food.

Made me pull back around because they wouldn't take my order at the windows. Then they had 3 types of bagel like cinnamon raisin , bran and some other type. Worst dunkin doughnuts experience ever

The drive thru between 6am and 8am is always slow then I finally get to make my order the staff are not friendly at all..I complained to the manager nothing was done about the attitude at the drive thru window especially the little girl with the fushia color in her hair..You're working with the public i suggested if you don't like your job.. quick..Need a new manager if she not going to rectified the situation.
