This is the second time I’ve ordered my daughter munchkins and didn’t receive them not knowing till I’m home. First a 10 count now a 3 count. Constantly handing my drink over with no cold foam. Attitude when told my drink is missing cold foam that I pay for. My mother in law goes every morning on the way home from work and gets horrible service. It’s a shame. The workers are rude as can be towards my mother in law. Don’t say a word to her she tries to be nice and turn their heads ignoring her. Give her coffee never stirred, burnt bacon on her loaded hash-browns. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

This Dunkin' Donuts was largely vacant when I entered around 11 AM. When I came in, I was greeted by a person who was working the drive through line and there were a few other people working behind the counter and a manager working in the lobby with a potential new employee. From her conversation, I could tell that she was doing work with someone on the phone as well. My son and I waited for someone to take our order. But because they were busy behind the counter, the manager came over to take the order. The food came out in a timely fashion and it was delicious. In fact, my son rated the breakfast sandwich as one of the best he's had. The store was clean. The bathrooms were clean.

Dunkin’ Donuts is always a great stop! The coffee is fresh and smooth, the donuts are soft and delicious, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Perfect place for a quick treat or a relaxing coffee break.

I honestly had to delete my old review and write a new one because of how bad this place is. Twice this week they have run out of tortillas to make a wrap and today they have run out of all cheese. Olga the manager since I asked for her name is really horrible at her job if she cannot keep the damn place stocked. Not to mention the severe lack of any empathy or any customer service from all of her employees.
I uber eats order from this location all the time, i’m usually happy with my order (sometimes) but I definitely will not be ordering from this location anymore. I ordered a bagel and when I took a nice big bite.. there was MOLD in the bagel! I looked some more and there was actually a couple spots of mold in the bagel, thank you to whatever worker made that and was so lazy to not just make another one because I know damn well yall saw that before putting the cream cheese on. Yall suck :)

This dunkin is by far the best dunkin. I love dunkin and have been to a lot of different dunkins over the years. I started going to this one because it was on my way to work. They memorized my order and my name. They are always super friendly and they offer so many cool things that I’ve never seen at any other dunkin. They did a punch card that gave you a free coffee on your fifth visit as well as they had a parking lot event where you could earn free merch or food. This dunkin is so good that when I got a different job in the opposite direction I make it a point to go OUT of my way to still get my coffee from here. I’ve never had a bad experience at this dunkin and most dunkins i’ve been to i’ve had at least 1 bad experience. This dunkin should be a model for the other dunkins in the area. If i could give 10 stars I would. Shout out to the entire staff especially the managers and shift leads.
