This dunkin is by far the best dunkin. I love dunkin and have been to a lot of different dunkins over the years. I started going to this one because it was on my way to work. They memorized my order and my name. They are always super friendly and they offer so many cool things that I’ve never seen at any other dunkin. They did a punch card that gave you a free coffee on your fifth visit as well as they had a parking lot event where you could earn free merch or food. This dunkin...

They want you to a touch screen to enter your order. I suppose that's okay, but several items that are available are not listed on the screen. Trying to get a person to help was like pulling a tooth.

The staff is always great here. We go through the drive through often and they are always kind, patient and work very quickly compared to any other local drive through. The frustration we have recently found is that the size of their donuts has been reduced by about 30-35%. Yes, these things are now tiny. Likely a product of shrinkflation, the donuts actually slide around in the box like it was not filled up. There is now enough room for 16 of these miniature things in a...
