Had a hard time with Google maps!!! Boo Google maps. Once we found it. Awesome, great subs, can't wait to go back. Hook and ladder is the best trademark sub, delicious and fantastic. Staff was friendly, love the new hot sauce bar and we can take samples home. Love to be able to tip to the firefighters fund also.

Went to FireHouse today at 12:50. It took over 20 minutes for them to complete an order that just included 2 subs. It was not busy and everyone waited 20-25 minutes to get simple orders.

Don’t go for lunch. It took almost 30Minutes after ordering to get our order. If your on your lunch hour you spend most of it waiting and not eating. Horrible service!!!’

I had a very good experience with the staff today. All of them were very personable and efficient while making my sub.
Parking: only 10 minute parking in front of store which wasn't a problem because the employees were efficient in making my lunch.
