This is an absolute masterpiece! The most delicious! Owners are giving the best hospitality! Don’t event want to go to other boba places!

Great tasting, strong teas and great service. The freshly made-to-order puff waffles taste great. The chewy boba is just perfect texture, not too soft and not too firm. The shop is cozy with a mix of high chairs and tables and lower soft seats. Some of the furniture could be updated but overall the place makes great drinks and snacks and great service.

Perfect Boba. Great atmosphere. Fun things for kids to do. Kind and friendly owners who operate the franchise with excellence. They put their own personal touches. I’ve brought my kids each week for Mango slush and Egg puffs. Delicious! My wife and I have also tried HK milk tea (I lived in HK! And it’s legit). Love Thai Milk Tea as well. My wife loves the brown Sugar Latte. You can request sugar levels (which we do) 50-70 percent strength is enough for us.

I’ve also come here to work, plenty of seats and comfortable seats. If they had lunch menu I’d be happy to stay longer!

Price is also very reasonable and you can stamp cards leading to free drinks or treats!

This is the best place ever. me and my boyfriend go several times a week and the barista is the kindest, friendliest person. she always remembers our order and they are always consistently good!
