Hershey's Ice Cream

The person serving used napkins to touch everything, why not just use gloves for gods sake. I don’t care to see your finger nails digging into the cone. Ice cream immediately started dripping all over my two year old, melting everywhere. I asked for a cup and spoon, she starts ringing it up on the cash register. You’re charging me for it? I asked. I only asked for it because I needed it as they dont properly refrigerate the ice cream. It’s a foam cup that costs pennies, that is going to keep chocolate ice cream off my kids dress. Zero concept of customer experience, retention, repeat customers, lifetime customer value. Ridiculous experience. Oblivious employee.

This place is amazing, I am baffled at all the negative reviews. I've come here for smoothies since high school and they are a unique delicious smoothie they serve here. Highly recommend to try out, they can use the business!!

I went my son to get some ice cream after movies and he wanted a sample and the man there was very rude to us. “ He said no sample in a very angry and disrespectful way and added that then we were going to ask for more samples”. I already knew what I wanted but my son wanted to know how the cotton candy flavor tasted like before ordering. Please don’t come to this place, this man has very poor customer service skills. I won’t come back for sure.

My family’s favorite place to get ice cream in Mount Dora. The ice cream is so delicious!! As soon as you walk in, you’re acknowledged and the service is phenomenally.

Tastes terrible and they don’t even give a receipt. I asked them for a refund and they just added more orange to it which made it taste even more terrible. I had to throw it.

I've never had their ice cream so I can't speak for that.. however I just wanted to say that on 10.22.22 at approx 3:15 pm, I was traveling Westbound on I4 and one of your delivery truck drivers were driving wreckless and nearly caused multiple wrecks. A car traveling I'm front of him waa driving the speed limit which may have been too slow for him so he swerved without making sure he had a clear path causing multiple cars to swerve to get out of his. He then serves back after to get in front of the slower car he passed. While I understand vehicles pass slower it should be done legally and safe. He could have caused serious accidents by his wrecklessness. I have photos of the truck and the drive.

Absolutely terrible guy to deal with. His name is Rami. Not only was an ice cream cone 6 fine dollars (Yes an ice cream cone, not a Sunday or milkshake) but there were ants in the ice cream ?. I went back and actually had to argue as if I put the ants in the ice cream ? I was told not to buy ice cream from him again after he gave me a refund. So I just wanted to make sure everyone else knows that this fine ice cream parlor gives some extra protein with all ice cream served. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else.
