BEWARE IF GETTING TAKE OUT. 2nd time ordering from these people for pickup and they can’t get it right. Twice we ordered Bento boxes and they place the wrong items in or completely exclude items. The first was a chicken Bento box that showed up with no chicken. Now we order a Bento Box with Spicy tuna and they send us shrimp. I’m highly allergic to shrimp. Management could care less. Their solution is that we drive back and get it replaced. I won’t be ordering from Hinode again.

Promising reviews is the reason we stopped to try this place. It’s Mediocre and a bit on the expensive side for what it is. The tuna tataki was 5 pieces less than an 1/8” thick and smothered in sauce -didn’t taste the tuna at all just the sauce. It wasn’t horrible but I probably won’t be going back.
Called in the order at 530. Was told it will be ready 615-630. Got here at 630. "It will be about 20 minutes". 730 and the order finally comes. The sushi may he good but this is the customer service I get every time.

Sushi was good but they completely forgot about us outside. We ordered our rolls and some hot saki and waited for 35 minutes before we got up and tried to leave. The waitress never came back out to talk to us or ask if we wanted more saki. When I went inside to pay for the saki you could tell they realized they forgot about us. you want a better review from me, don't make other peoples takeout orders ahead of ours. What's worse is that when I tried to pay for the hot saki we drank, they pretty much forced me to wait another 5 to 10 minutes while our sushi was finished. If whoever owns this establishment wants me to change my review, contact me.
