The restaurant was super clean. The atmosphere was nice a quiet. The food was good, however who made the difference was our waiter NOAH who was the one who got us the table. He came right away after he sat us down and gave us our drink and right after that took our order. Very respectful, professional, soft spoken. Overall great customer service. The manager Carzel was really nice. He mentioned that Noah is being working at this IHOP for about a year. I will definitely come to this IHOP again…. All I can say is to continue what you are doing guys… you are fantastic!!!

went there at around 2:00 AM on a Saturday night. was served by a handsome young man named alex. he was very caring and seemed to be very accommodating despite the fact that there was around a maybe 20 person party and he seemed to be the only one working aside from the cook in the back. food was mediocre but it is what it is10/10 tremendously good service, thank you alex

Real bad service but when I say bad trust me I mean it so BAD that I thought it was funny. Nobody greet us when we got in, they were about to skip us but a lady stand up for us. Slow service, bad food, the guy that served us the food was friendly but very clumsy and forgetful. He forgot to bring me the water and I was trying to make eye contact with this other waitress and she was looking to the ceiling ? every time she passes us. Who walks looking up the ceiling?!?? LOL so obvious she don’t want to help us ? Anyways… please hire a competent manager. I know work sucks but I’m also paying with my hard worked money we deserve better too.

It wasn't crowded but our breakfast orders still took 25 minutes after we ordered. When it arrived, it was cold. The butter and cheese would not melt it was so cold. Hashbrowns were crispy on one side and raw on the other. Almost inedible. Coffee is $3.70. Way too expensive.

The food and service have taken a nose dive over the years here. I've been coming here for almost 20 years and I am official never coming back.They are VERY light on the ingredients for their specials.No creme cheese in the crepes, no girl scout cookie crumbles in the girls scout cookie pancakes, no cheesecake in the strawberry cheesecake pancakes.A party of 4 and it took almost an hour to get our food, all while the restaurant is at 50-60% capacity.Very disappointed.
Just left about 20 minutes ago, the server was cursing up a storm in the kitchen because more people were coming in and she did not come back to ask us for our order cause she was too busy in the back of the kitchen cursing about the customers and says she's done with her job there. Me and my girlfriend just left cash for two drinks and left, thanks for hiring unprofessional children that can't talk or act professional or respectfully and drive good paying customers out of your establishment. Oviedo kids don't make for good workers.

Very disappointed in this IHOP. The food was fine. Everything else wasn't ..Coffee was dropped off in front of my 10 month old...in his high chair.Food took forever. I saw multiple guests not get waited on. One lady and her daughter just got up and Left after waiting for 20 mins.We didn't have any silverware after we waited 40 mins to get our food lolthe service was a joke. Sunday noon rush run by teenagers
