Workers were pleasant for what we got based on to go .
But my issue is wings .
Chewy wings is not it . Especially when we askes for Extra Extra crispy .
My biggest problem is the mild sauce …. My wings were mild and i pretty much got them naked . Why ? Bc you add water to your hot sauce and call it mild sauce . Ives worked in plenty of kitchens and thats just ridiculous. My wings were plain and naked sauce fell right off and acted just like water . Probably wouldnt try them again … its a mild wing extra crispy …. If you cant nail a basic wing . Then your Just Wings are just not that good …..

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

I ordered the 16pc all lemon pepper wings and fries. The fries were good. However, the chicken was really greasy, and all the chicken wasn't coated with the seasoning. In addition, the chicken was slimey inside. It is best if you go to another wing spot because this is not it.

Went for a casual dinner, recommended by American Express dining program. Ordered appetizer of chips and melted cheese, Ordered Mexican shrimp bowl and rib eye steak. 30 minutes later our dinner was delivered. No appetizer. When we told the gentleman who delivered our dinner, we had not gotten our appetizer, he suggested getting it for us, and he would take our dinners back to the kitchen and “keep them warm”. We chose to just take our dinners and asked to speak to manager. When he finally came to our table, we explained we had never gotten our appetizer. He then stated we would not be charged for the appetizer. Excuse me, I would hope not. There was no suggestion of reducing our dinners or even a free dessert. Was a very poor dining experience, and we will not be returning.

Went to htis location on Father's Day. Ive been many times and had good , mindful service. First time back since COVID. Surprisingly, it was very slow at 4pm Father's Day due to heavy rains. I asked server for GF items and he pulled it up o the electronic menue. When placing my order , I stressed Fajita with GF corn wraps. He assured me it was written on order, as I have allergies. Second server brought my meal and I aked twice, that it was gf, he said "Yes, YES!" I ate one and 1/2 and my family questioned if they were gf, I called server over and he proceded to tell me they WERE NOT! HE did not write order correctly. I was very upset as I new what was ahead of me... The manager came out, compt our meals, that was a nice gesture, BUT unexceptable for TWO serves to not take more care. I spent the next two hours violently throwing up and it pretty much ruined our families Fahter's Day. If you have any allergies, i recommend you stay away from Chilli's!

First to be clear, this is Chili's version of a ghost kitchen. Unlike other ghost kitchens, which don't allow for pickup, only delivery through other services, such as door dash, uber eats, etc., they allow you to order online and you may pick up the item at the Chili's to go area.The prices are amazing for the volume of food you receive. Each box of wings (increments of 8) comes with curly fries. So if you do math and order 32 wings, you would get 4 boxes (8 wings and curly fries) per box. You will have fries coming out of your ears.The wings are oversized and taste great. We opted for buffalo and barbeque. The boneless order was naked and sauce free. Both the wings and the boneless were cooked just right, and not dry at all. The fries were good too. Granted you can't keep any french fry crispy in a to go container.We highly recommend.

The pricing is close to unbeatable. And the portions are substantial. The sauce I got (jalapeño cilantro) was very tasty my only complaint is they don’t have any truly spicy sauces. Hopefully this changes in the future!
