I love jersey mikes and I was looking forward to my sandwich. Unfortunately, when I got home from picking up my mobile order I noticed they did not listen to one of my specifications. I am allergic to tomatoes and asked for no tomatoes but I did receive tomatoes on my sandwich. I picked them off but now I could have an allergic reaction from the juice which is of course all over my sandwich. They listened to every other specification I added, so I know they got them, just missed one.

I came on my lunch and I can understand busy but, there isn’t a system in place for to go orders and people who are in line as I waited on my lunch break I spent 30 mins sitting on the side as I watched everyone get there sandwich even people walking in I can understand mine was a hot sandwich but, 30 mins then when I tell the guy hey I only have 10 mins on my lunch he says we’re making it now which I cannot understand if he wrote it down how I fell through the cracks. I like this jersey mikes but, was very disappointed in how I was kinda thrown on the back burner as it felt.

They took the California Chicken Cheesesteak off the menu (for delivery) and cut back on their customization options for delivery. Would be a returning customer in a heartbeat if they rectified this. Will be taking my online business elsewhere until then.

Upon walking in I noticed how clean the resturaunt was. Gianni my sandwich artist did a phenomenal job assembling my sandwich and every bite had equal toppings. He striked up a friendly conversation about my day putting a smile on my face as I left with my delicious sub.

This place is terrible when it comes to calling in an order. Every time it's wrong. You literally have to go in and be on top of them to get it correct. Come on, it's not that hard to read a few simple directions to make a sandwich.

My husband went today and ordered a chicken and portobello sandwich for him and a STEAK and portobello sandwich for me, both he specifically said with provolone cheese, well after three bites of mine all I tasted was mushrooms, so I open it and there was absolutely NO STEAK on it, only mushrooms on a soggy bun, with Swiss cheese and absolutely NO FLAVOR, I was so pissed, I threw it out as it tasted horrible!! This was my first time ordering from them and trust me, MY LAST, save your money and go somewhere else!!😡
They didn’t have the lettuce wrapped sandwiches :(

Very overpriced. $11-13 for half a sub that is of average quality, at best. The bowl is the same price and is not a full meal.

Is this how we're serving the bowl now? Just the meat and cheese slapped on the top and then the peppers thrown on for good measure? What happened to it being nicely rolled up and placed on top? Plus no oil and vinegar what so ever! Not the Jersey Mikes standard at all ?
