Is this how we're serving the bowl now? Just the meat and cheese slapped on the top and then the peppers thrown on for good measure? What happened to it being nicely rolled up and placed on top? Plus no oil and vinegar what so ever! Not the Jersey Mikes standard at all ?

The meats were freshly cut and tasted great. There was no problem whatsoever with adding on additional toppings. The service was fantastic even though it was super busy. The atmosphere was corporate.

We come here once in a while after sports, usually to grab and go. Last night we ate inside, it was myself and my two young kids. A few minutes into our meal, my son accidentally dropped his sub on the floor. He felt so bad about it but I told him not to worry, I will clean this up and get him another one. Before I even got to the counter, the employees had already prepared him a new one and mentioned they saw what happened and not to worry about it at all. They were so kind to him and it really made our day. I hope the owner recognizes the employees working the night of May 15, they were great. Thanks for being awesome!

Great customer service but witnessed a number of unsanitary practices that make me question the safety. If you have allergies- be aware there is a lot of cross-contamination going on. There are 4 people behind the counter but not one glove change between over a dozen sandwiches that were made while I was here. They are touching a visibly soiled computer screen (you can see from drink station), recipets, pens, door handles, wipe debris from counter tops, and then keep making sandwiches with the same gloves. I saw them also touch clean napkins to put in all of the to-go order bags with the same dirty gloves. Not sure if inflation is causing them to hoard gloves instead of being sanitary or if this is standard company practice but it's disgusting and dangerous.

Don't bother ordering ahead using "asap" cause they're just gonna make EVERYONE who walks in before yours! Sat there waiting while 5 different people's food was made before the asap mobile order!
Now my favorite sub place. I like the Italian on white.With lettuce tomatoes banana peppers salsa . And a couple hot peppers mayo oil and vinegar on one half and the other no condiments smaller half.Eat the bigger half in shop and save the smaller one for bedtime snack.By the way i get the largest submarine samich. I get three meals out of it. Enjoy the friendly suboligist .And i know there is not a bigger half and a smaller half.I just don't know how to describe it any other way..Yall Enjoy now you hear.

I ordered through Uber eats and unfortunately never received my order. When I had placed a new order and called the store regarding a dressing change that was not available on the app they were super accommodating and had realized my order was never picked up. They kindly made me a new fresh sub and even gave me the old one although I was refunded through Uber eats for the first sub never delivered. Definitely went a sub above for me today.
