This was my second time trying ramen, and it was delicious! I had the Tonkotsu Ramen Black, without the hot sauce and it was amazing. Perfect ratio of broth to toppings. We had a variety of appetizers to start: pork gyoza, spicy shrimp tempura, edamame, and curry rice croquettes. Sorry no photos, they were too delicious to stop for a photo. They disappeared quite quickly. Yum! Arianna was super knowledgeable and friendly and guided these newbies through the Ramen choices.

The best place in Oviedo to go for brunch or late dinner, the staff and servers are super friendly (and will remember your order if you go enough times lol). Me and my boyfriends favorite place for ramen, but I would recommend trying anything on the menu; I’ve never eaten something from there that I didn’t enjoy. If you don’t want to get a whole ramen bowl, the appetizers and rice bowls are great tasting and filling as well.

Parking: It’s in the lot within the apartment complex, there’s usually a few spots available no matter what time of day you go.

The ramen, specifically the Tonkotsu Black, was amazing! The line cooks really know what they’re doing. Service was also excellent!

The food is always great but the takeout service is always missing points.
Almost every pickup order I’ve ever gotten from here was missing something, and more often than not something that was paid extra for. Other than that, it’s definitely worth the price point and drive. Just dine in to save yourself the hassle.

Kid-friendliness: Menu has a kids section that’s we’ll rounded and inclusive at a very good price point.

This place has absolutely good food. However, service was terrible. Came in and was seated accordingly. However, no one came to greet us or let us know “hey we will be right with you”. 15 minutes later and no one still greeted us.

I look around and the waiters on hand are just chatting and not checking tables. We decided to leave and go elsewhere.

I’m hoping this is a one off occasion because this place does have good food.

I like ramen a lot so I am biased. This place makes top 3 in Orlando for me, with downtown location at the second place and Takagi on Aloma being my absolute fav.

I was excited to check this place out for a while now and left slightly disappointed after doing so. The wait was very long, and there were plenty of open tables. It appeared that the staff was struggling to clean the tables off. Even when we were seated it was next to 3 other tables covered in dirty dishes. The server was pleasant and the food was good, a bit expensive for the ramen considering how little chicken was in the bowl. A piece of my chicken was also a surprisingly cool temperature, maybe not heated up long enough in the microwave or whatever method they used. Whatever their methods, they could be improved as somehow they managed to take a long time for some noodles and broth.

This is our second time dinning in this restaurant and its really good, best vegan ramen in my opinion. Our host Louis was so attentive and kind. Interestingly, he was dressed as harry potter for Halloween and so did our baby girl lol

Showed up at 9pm on a Tuesday. About 1/2 the tables were empty and the host told us it would be a 30 minute wait. Either management doesn’t care about the staff work ethic or the owners aren’t aware of how incompetent staff is. Either way I would not recommend Jinya if you want food in a timely manner

This is not authentic Japanese ramen. Maybe my husband and I have been spoiled by Jimottis ramen but the ramens from this place were a huge let down. The soup is mostly oil and you can't taste the seasoning of the soup. The noodles are extremely thin and there aren't any options for other sizes. The egg was the best part of the bowl, if you love egg then just go there for the egg. The pork wasn't cooked on the edges like they have on the pictures, it looked like they were just baked instead. This is more of an Americanized mid ramen place. The bowls even say "ramen is all the craze" when it hasn't exploded in Florida yet as much as Korean BBQ. There's other ramen places that are so much better than this.
