I order family meals and spend 40-50$ a trip. Thee worst KFC I have ever been to. Thee worst employees/management. Complete incompetence. Repeatedly put the wrong chicken and try to lie about it when confronted. I have tried to be understanding with the disrespectful service in the past but enough is enough. I hope this terrible post reaches the right people and they take the steps necessary. I will never step foot in this place again. I wish the owners good luck.

Ordered a 3 pc. Chicken Big Box and a 4 pc. Honey BBQ Tender Combo. 4 people working, minimum. Maybe 5. All milling around. Nobody was in the restaurant when I arrived save for one group waiting on their order. During that time frame 3 to 4 customers were served in the drive-thru, 1 party in the lobby (a couple who walked in after me). I received my food 40 minutes later. Oh wait—no I didn't. Just to be sure I checked to make sure everything was there when I walked out to my car with bag in hand. Guess what? Half of the order was missing. Seriously? What did I get for my troubles? A lackluster meal and a half-hearted 'sorry'. And what's the kicker? According to the KFC app, my order was supposedly completed before I even walked in the door. Horrible management here, clearly.

So I go through the driveway thru no one else is inside or in the drive through. They ask me to park to wait for my 8 piece bucket...I wait 20 mins for them to put 8 already cooked pieces of chicken in a bucket?! My 1 year old is screaming i go inside and he say oh they are making your order .....dude I worked at kfc i would the buckets packed up and Mac and cheese and potatoes before people would even make it to the window...they are just talking and hanging out back there...i dont know if maybe big boss wasn't there this time but the chicken was breading I got extra crispy wasn't even the same color as it usually is and was soggy I litterally didnt eat the chicken I threw it away I ate the potatoes and Mac and cheese cause the damn biscuits were hard just bad here guys go to a different location

Service was horrible November 13 6:40 pm two black girls one at window and other take food out I waited 15 min for the smallest order I go inside and their sitting down relaxin and I said can I get my $5 special and this not the first time
Don't waste your time here, service is slow, no one knows what's going on, made an online order and wasn't even ready even though the app said it was. Arrived to pick up the food, had to wait an additional 30 minutes, and the manager couldn't refund my money cause it was done online.
By far the worst service in this area. If you want chicken, go next door to Popeyes.
