Went in an hour before closing tonight to be told that they were closing within the hour and started to close down and didn't have much of any food left!!

Paid extra for drums and thighs only, was given a regular bucket with no offer to fix it. They refused to fix it. Funny though because the receipt says double checked for accuracy.

Waited a couple of minutes at counter. No employee in sight. Employee comes out to give food to customer and tells me she’ll be right back. Stood another 5 minutes. Left and went to Publix. Employees sounded like they trying to keep up with drive thru orders. I guess KFC needs to raise wages to get help or not enough people want to work.

I am a regular at this restaurant but last night was unacceptable. I understand it was a little late and I was told they were short on chicken. but she said she will work with me on getting my food together at this point at this point I should’ve never ordered it because the food was awful. She gave me dried out food half full containers. The fries were cold. Probably a small charge me for a large the chicken was awful. She didn’t give me the pieces she promised that was in the box. The biscuits were cold, dry and hard as a rock. I was missing three biscuits, which it was OK. She said she was gonna replace it only with the small side and I said OK that’s fine but me considering everything else was gonna be good. Nothing was good so I waste all my money. I have the food here this morning. Nobody is answering the phone when they answer the phone. They pick it up and hang up the phone this store needs to get better management or something because the night staff is awful. I usually go in the daytime, but it has went down so much since it’s open. A waste of money I didn’t know they stopped cooking an hour before closing
Much delay is useless
For a empty restaurant it still took 30 mins for a family meal. Not fast food at all

KFC is very hit-or-miss and Oviedo's location is no exception. It's uncommon for them to actually have food prepared, even at peak lunch time, so they operate on a limited menu due to laziness.
We just placed an order at the digital check out, then a worker informed us that my item was not available and offered other items I do not want to substitute instead of refunding my order. After 10 minutes of headache, the worker suddenly has the items I ordered in the fryer with a 15 minute wait. The wait is fine, but do not advertise an item and say it's unavailable when it clearly is. Also, we were ignored as the workers took other customer orders before resolving on issue, customers who are likely going to deal with the lack of menu items as well and have the same issue. This happens at several KFC locations on several occasions and it makes us weary to order here in the first place.

I went to the store to get something to eat. My wife and I pulled up and they pointed us to the driveway. No big deal I thought they were about to close so we pulled to the driveway and all the lights on the menu sign or turned off, we couldn’t see anything that we were paying for or how much it cost. So after ordering something we pulled around and I noticed on the window that they service us through a sticker that states y’all open till 10 o’clock Monday through Friday. Seemed like there was more interested in going home than serving the customer I guess why This store is only rated two stars. I will not go back to the store nor why I recommend anybody to the store.
The chicken looked good (clean oil) and tasted delicious.
