Ordered $30 worth of takeout for multiple people and even tipped. They refused to give more than 1 small cup of white sauce. They even refused soy sauce….please stay away

We got sushi and the rice was extremely sticky and hard to get down, but the flavor wasn't bad. Overall I'd say I wouldn't come here specifically for sushi again, Tokyo Tapas will always be the best!

Have been getting takeout here for years and I’ve never been disappointed with the quality or quantity of food. The Sea Monster sushi roll is my favorite right now. Good proportion of veggies to meat.

THEY BLOCKED MY REVIEW FROM BEING SEEN BY OTHER CUSTOMERS!!
PLEASE DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I ordered the chicken hibachi and got some sauce on the side, to my surprise when I opened it, it was MOLDED. On top of the employees just standing around on their phones or chitchatting with one another, the food was bland and the WATER HAD AN EXTREMELY FUNNY TASTE AND SMELL The tables were so sticky and unclean that I decided to eat in my car than continue to eat there out of disgust. I also noticed some bugs flying around so I'm also concerned with cleanliness of the store. It seems like most of the employees are teenagers and are poorly trained because there should be no reason why the store is basically empty with no customers and yet the tables are dirty and sticky. That just means the employees aren't properly doing their job. I will be filing a formal health department complaint because had I not looked at the sauce before using it I would've ate mold. If I can give this place Zero stars I would.

Spent $40 on lunch we purchased basic rolls . Worst sushi we’ve ever had. We’ve eaten at other locations and it was good to mid , what you would expect from a chain. But this was horrible , idk how you can make awful non protein sushi rolls but these were a first. Slimy veggies , old nori , rolls were also loose and a mess to eat, I hate to waste food, out of the 4 rolls 2 were inedibly . The extra star is for the person who took our order was friendly otherwise the food and restaurant were a 1 to 0 star. The food was bad, the restaurant wasn’t clean, buckets were on the floor for leaks and restaurant felt like the AC was off . Not a good experience, there was too much wrong to just be an off day. Won’t be back . For $40 you can get good quality sushi and service at the restaurant located at the mall. It’s a treat to goto lunch these day and it stings to feel ripped off and like you wasted your money .

I placed a pickup order for 10pm, after getting caught in traffic I arrived at 10:15 to be told I needed to leave because they were already closed and the man wouldn’t even help me. So I paid for food I never received and got no food. The rude manner of the employee and the fact they closed before the posted time is ridiculous to me.

Today I order food from your establishment. The order ID was 235541762, use this as authenticity for my grievance. Cashier Luciano said the order would be ready in 40 mins. I arrived to the restaurant a few minutes after as a buffer. Luciano said the order was not ready to instead pull up towards the front of the restaurant where he will bring it to me. After waiting another 20 minutes, I decided to walk in myself. Luciano and your employees were joking around while my order sat on the counter. Luciano is unprofessional and because of my experience I will not be returning to your establishment. Afterwards I attempted to speak with a manager to directly address the issue. To my dismay your manager could not give me a name for who she was. Your manager must feel like Tera on odd days and Jacqueline during even. On top of my egregious experience with your incompetent staff, my dinner is cold.
