I stopby to this MCD location to used mycrewards points. I order me a large Ice coffee Vanilla flavor. This young lady scan my reward and took my order. Then someone calling my name. I was surprised that my order was ready. That was quick! Less than 10 minutes! I love that! Thank you for being quick service and the customer service was exceptional. I woll give them 5 stars. I will be back again.

They have stepped up their game. Even then basic cheeseburger tastes better than ever. Some portions have gradually gotten smaller (the McFlurry is a s great example). But overall the food has improved dramatically. Still way over priced. Dinner at McDonald's for a family of 4 should not cost $50, simple as that. But if you choose your items carefully you can keep the cost down significantly. So food? I'm Mcluvin it. Value? It's McOver priced.

This McDonald’s could be perfectly fine if it weren’t being captained by a general manager named “Jeremy”. The man runs the place like he woke up and chose confusion.

Jeremy floats around the restaurant with the confidence of someone who is absolutely wrong but refuses to accept it. Employees look like they’re surviving, not working. Orders come out when they feel emotionally ready, not when you order them. Watching him manage is like watching someone play Restaurant Simulator with the tutorial turned off.

The food? Standard McDonald’s—fries were decent, burger was fine. But somehow everything tasted slightly worse knowing it passed through Jeremy’s chaotic little kingdom. The wait was long, the energy was off, and the whole place felt tense, like everyone was bracing for Jeremy to make another unnecessary decision.

I left with my meal and a strong sense that this location is being held hostage by one weird guy with a headset and unchecked authority.

Come for the fries. Pray Jeremy isn’t working.

Came in to have dinner with family, as I come in and stand on the counter (so I can request cook to order) all the employees were looking over the front counter and no one was coming. Finally someone comes (manager, Caucasian male) we start ordering and when we mention “cook to order” he roles his eyes. This has not been the first time that this individual has done this. I come here with my family since it’s close to home but if the service here does not improve we will travel further. The only employee from this facility that actually has good customer service is a young girl named Jayla, she’s amazing in customer service. Besides her no one in this facility is. You would think management would have better customer service. I was assistant manager at the union park location (different franchise) for 3 years and i’ve never seen such terrible customer service.

Worst of the worst. The truth is 90% of the times the order is WRONG! They can’t get it together for nothing. I am tired of getting home with food missing or being done incorrect. There is no way management doesn’t k ow this. I’ve had enough. Never fails to get order wrong. Who the heck is running this place? Absolutely ridiculous

Takes an act of congress for them to put buffalo and ranch on a Mcchicken. Terrible customer service and food quality has gone down over the years while becoming more expensive. There are better places to spend your money.
