I don't often leave a review at Fast Food; but, this time was exceptional. A young lady at the window genuinely talked to my 8 year old son, saying Hi and being friendly and complimenting him. He gushed and was all smiles all day. As a parent, nothing is better. A heartfelt thank you.

Ordered fries in the drive-thru. They told me to pull ahead (so I wouldn’t mess up their service times), even though I was the only one in line, and then promptly forgot about me. Waited 5-7 minutes before I went in to check. When the employee went to get my fries — which I had ordered with NO salt — he salted them. I left without my fries at all.
There’s a reason I don’t go to this particular store very often, and they just confirmed it.

Not only was the employee at the 2nd window unhappy, they messed up our order. When you have to go inside to have them fix your burger they won’t let you keep the one THEY messed up.

The pits The chicken sandwich was horrible. The fries were nasty
We used the mobile app to get a sandwich that is clearly part of the deal at every other McDonald's i go to but this one was like no it's not part of we don't honor it. So I said ok and paid regular price for it because that is what my daughter eats from there. The cashier didn't used the code nor give me my points food was cold and they took long to give us our food 😒

This store sucks no service at 9:30 pm we waited and rang the little red bell by register, even yelled for help and whistled for someone to take order still no help one little car in drive Through . So we left.....

I order a Diet Coke and they give me regular coke every time. I cannot drink regular coke. It makes me very upset. I’m not going to keep circling around to fix my order- I even downloaded their dumb app so it was foolproof but apparently it isn’t. I’m over it, never going back to McDonalds- I’ll just drink water I guess.

I paid for 3 burger combos and they only gave me 2, unfortunately I realized when I got on the highway, I feel robbed, terrible service from the employees, apart from the fact that they took a long time to deliver it at the drive thru
