What has happened to this McDonald’s?? You almost need to ring a bell for counter service. No one is around. I had ordered a burger and fries and they forgot the sauce I had asked for and so I had to go back up and of course feel like I’m bothering them or something; I added that and took a bite and WOW, quickly opened back up the burger and noticed salt and pepper had been DUMPED onto the burger and had to go back up yet again. I thought they were going to make new fries since I hadn’t even gotten to enjoy any and are cold at that point but I guess that was too much and didn’t feel like “bothering” them again. You also have to ask for napkins too. They didn’t have any out for customers to help themselves. And why can’t we get our own refills anymore?? So weird! And it’s so ugly in here now. Anyways, got my burger back and it was a mess! The sauce was now dumped on and was dripping off and all over the outside of the bun. I’m definitely not coming back here. The food is unappetizing and the the atmosphere and customer service is unappealing.

I have used the app several times to order ahead. Paying inside of the app. I have also used the code at the drive-through and I have the app set up to use default payment. No matter how I order using the app and code they always say it’s not paid and I need to pay again. I have tried this four times and all four times got double charged. Through the app and the guy at the drive-through window. I went inside and spoke to the manager about it and she told me the bank will need to reverse the charges. That they can’t do anything and it’s not their fault. The app is charging me as well as the drive-through window. The app is useless at this location. Also, the drinks are never filled. They don’t top off the drinks. They’re about 85% full every time you get one.

Considering it is fast food, it seemed the burger was really well built (stacked).
The food, atmosphere and service was really good. But I had to wait quite a while for a breakfast sandwich. There was a big group of high school players that were there waiting on their food, so possibly that could have been the hold up.

I ordered a free happy meal using points in the McD app. They refused to honor the free cheeseburger and only offered a hamburger. This has never happened at another location. I dont know why they would choose to enrage customers for the cost of a slice of cheese.
