I eat McDonald’s far more often than I would like to admit. This is my favorite location to come to. I’ve never had a problem with my order, the staff are always kind, professional, and courteous. Other locations should take note of how they operate here.

WOW!! Everything we ordered was hot and fresh, made perfectly!! Even the nuggets were placed neatly in the box.
This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to in my life!! We will be driving past the two McDonald's closest to us to come here from now on!!

I’ve visited this McDonald’s about 7–10 times recently, and almost every time I’ve been met with the same issue—either they’re not taking orders, the system is down, or there’s some kind of technical problem. It’s incredibly hit or miss, no matter what time of day I go. It’s become more frustrating than convenient.
To be fair, the staff has always been kind and respectful, and I appreciate that they remain polite even when having to deliver bad news over and over. I can imagine how stressful it must be for them to deal with these constant equipment or system issues, and they’ve handled it professionally every time. The polite staff is the reason I gave a 2 star and not a 1. They literally saved whatever this McDonald had left. To be honest I care more about the customer service than I am on the food.
That said, it’s extremely disappointing how unreliable this location has become. It’s hard to understand how a major chain can operate like this so consistently. As a customer, I just want to count on a place to be open and functioning when I show up.
Here’s hoping things get turned around soon, because the current situation is just not sustainable for regular customers.

Currently sitting in this drive through now for 23 minutes. I placed and paid for my order online prior to arrival so that I can be in and out. Instead it is 14 minutes after midnight and I have yet to even get acknowledged at the window nor the damn speaker. This is ridiculous.

Don't order after 9-10pm since it'll be a 30-40 minute wait in the drive thru. You could kill a cow and make a hamburger out of it before getting your order, nevermind the good itself.
Got here at 11:05 and it's now 11:42 still no food. If I didn't order online I would've left a long time ago.
Took forever, up to 20 mins to get two cheese burgers and fries. And when I finally got them the food was cold. Will not go back

Just ordered and got our food. Started around 9:15, which isn’t a super late time for a 24hr McDonald’s. Didn’t bother to tell us they didn’t have sweet tea at the moment and the girl tried to make it by using some sugar syrup for the coffee into unsweet tea. Luckily my partner saw her doing it and tasted it (it was not good). All it takes is being honest. Also, the person we ordered from didn’t tell us they didn’t have toys for a kids meals. We learned that as it was being handed to us. Come on yall.

This is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve order off, I had an uber eats order, with a cheeseburger meal, a mcChicken and a 10 pc nuggets meal. They just added the 10 pc nuggets meal, and a McChicken that wasn’t even a mcChicken it was 2 pieces of bun with cheese and that’s it. The 2 cheeseburger meal was missing so I got money stolen always from me just because they didn’t want to do their job. So i recommend that if you are going to this McDonalds you double check your order, Because this is just so unprofessional.
