Also a very friendly staff. I have a few McDonald's closer to my home but may have to make this one my go to

I eat McDonald’s far more often than I would like to admit. This is my favorite location to come to. I’ve never had a problem with my order, the staff are always kind, professional, and courteous. Other locations should take note of how they operate here.

WOW!! Everything we ordered was hot and fresh, made perfectly!! Even the nuggets were placed neatly in the box.
This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to in my life!! We will be driving past the two McDonald's closest to us to come here from now on!!

I’ve visited this McDonald’s about 7–10 times recently, and almost every time I’ve been met with the same issue—either they’re not taking orders, the system is down, or there’s some kind of technical problem. It’s incredibly hit or miss, no matter what time of day I go. It’s become more frustrating than convenient.
To be fair, the staff has always been kind and respectful, and I appreciate that they remain polite even when having to deliver bad news over and over. I can imagine how stressful it must be for them to deal with these constant equipment or system issues, and they’ve handled it professionally every time. The polite staff is the reason I gave a 2 star and not a 1. They literally saved whatever this McDonald had left. To be honest I care more about the customer service than I am on the food.
That said, it’s extremely disappointing how unreliable this location has become. It’s hard to understand how a major chain can operate like this so consistently. As a customer, I just want to count on a place to be open and functioning when I show up.
Here’s hoping things get turned around soon, because the current situation is just not sustainable for regular customers.

Currently sitting in this drive through now for 23 minutes. I placed and paid for my order online prior to arrival so that I can be in and out. Instead it is 14 minutes after midnight and I have yet to even get acknowledged at the window nor the damn speaker. This is ridiculous.
