Just ordered and got our food. Started around 9:15, which isn’t a super late time for a 24hr McDonald’s. Didn’t bother to tell us they didn’t have sweet tea at the moment and the girl tried to make it by using some sugar syrup for the coffee into unsweet tea. Luckily my partner saw her doing it and tasted it (it was not good). All it takes is being honest. Also, the person we ordered from didn’t tell us they didn’t have toys for a kids meals. We learned that as it was being handed to us. Come on yall.

This is one of the worst McDonalds I’ve order off, I had an uber eats order, with a cheeseburger meal, a mcChicken and a 10 pc nuggets meal. They just added the 10 pc nuggets meal, and a McChicken that wasn’t even a mcChicken it was 2 pieces of bun with cheese and that’s it. The 2 cheeseburger meal was missing so I got money stolen always from me just because they didn’t want to do their job. So i recommend that if you are going to this McDonalds you double check your order, Because this is just so unprofessional.

Woman who claimed she was the general manager has no customer service skills and needs to be fired immediately. She was yelling and screaming at employees and didn’t seem to be actually doing her job. She was also on her phone right next to the food!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!

Updated hours needed. I’ve been to this location a minimum of 7 times and it seems no matter the time but after 12am they are no longer taking orders. Not sure why it says 24 hours if they are not taking orders.

What can I say about this location. The person you always seem to put on drive-thru cannot juggle more than one thing at once. Which means she cannot juggle two ordering systems and taking money. The system is way too slow. I spent 20 minutes in a Drive-Thru. Then I'm told the park and wait an extra 10 minutes. And for whatever reason you always seem to be out of exactly what I want. How is your entire restaurant out of ranch. First you insist I pay for it then you insist I can't have it at all

Went to the drive through at 11pm because this location was advertised as 24hrs and staff said they were closed. Uber/Door Dash only.
The worse McDonald I have ever been to! Items was out of stock. They gave me the wrong food, so i had to throw it away. I wasted money at this location and return work hungry.

Please if there’s any mcdonald’s to choose from let it not be this one. every single time I come my food is cold and the wait time is crazy. I just went inside, the drive thru had about 4 cars (so, not bad) ordered a shamrock shake and burger, paid, waited. come to find out they tell me they can’t make the shake so no problem I order chocolate. the shake is watery and not even stirred up chocolate syrup is sitting on the bottom UNMIXED and the burger is iced cold. waited for 20 minutes. Come to find out the manager was the one who served me the shake. what kind of manager does that. you of all people know the standard…..it’s like they’re rude so that people don’t come back and they don’t have to work. something needs to be done.. corporate needs to step in here asap

Ice cream is broken every other day. Don't even bother trying to go inside to order. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes before anyone even came to accept my payment(I ordered on the kiosk), some staff even made eye contact with but then turned and walked away. It didn't used to be like this..
