They never have what I want to drink. They are always out of almost every type of soda when I show up. Same with the sundae and shake machine. Half the time my french fries are luke warm.

The staff did not feel comfortable with my food allergy. They made the kids food. They told me if I still wanted my meal they could not guarantee it would not be cross contaminated, but they would try their best. This I can respect. I am proud of the manager for this. Most places would have brought me my food and tried their best and/or not thought it threw.

It's Mcdonald's so no surprises really. The food is the same, but what was a little disappointing was the way the store is set up. You are not greeted by a person, you use a kioske. The staff is behind a wall and I couldn't really find someone to get napkins, it was a very odd feeling. I know everyone is going for self-service and all, but human interaction is important.
