I have been ordering or going to Miyako since high school. It has been and always seems to be high quality delicious sushi at a great price. Worth the 20-25 minute drive.

This place is better then Kobe. The portions are generous and everything from sushi to the hibachi is perfect. They cooked my steak perfect. Omg. I can't tell you how awesome because there are no words!!!! Yummy yummy yummy!!

Gyoza steamed 8/10
Gyoza fried 7/10 - missing one gyoza,
Hot green tea 10/10 hot, clean, served with a full kettle, honey raw and fresh.
Chicken ramen 6/10 low on flavor, carrots undercooked, greens are good noodles well made, but bland for the chicken, cooked well but underseasoned, portions ok.
No napkins at table beside the one that comes with fork/ chopsticks,
Condiments sparse some unlabled,
Server blunt slightly aggressive/judgemental.
Overall 3.8 out of 5.

The food was not tasty. We ordered Kung Pao Chicken (bland; where was the garlic? the scallions? and that’s just a start), the Beef Fried Rice (brown goop; my husband drenched it with soy sauce to get it down); the salad (1/2 C of chopped iceberg and one slice of cucumber); and a side of veggies (broccoli and zucchini, which had no seasonings, tasted bad, and seemed to be cooked in a rancid oil). I do not understand why people rate this food highly. Are they comparing it to going next door to Publix and buying some canned Chun King or La Choy and taking it home and “cooking” it themselves? This food was barely better than the Chinese food I made at age 19, when I had no idea how to cook Chinese food, no recipe, and no knowledge of what flavors were even involved. I do not think our food tonight was atypical for this restaurant. I think this is just what one gets here.

I loved him literally, I went because I read very good comments and I was surprised because they prepared sushi as they do in my country just for me. I really loved that they did that, now I will go often because it is difficult to find such a place. Both the chefs and the waitress were very kind, they earned a new client ❤️
