I got catering.And as I was carrying things out.I asked them was this everything. They said yes and they were carrying a box. So I asked them what was in there? They told me
The cold stuff and I said okay. Where is the hot stuff? They had forgotten that. Then as I was doing a quick check.I realized they had not included plates.So I went inside and got plates. I asked them again was that everything and they told me yes. I am now at my business lunch.And they forgot the taco shells for the taco bar. I'm not sure how they forget stuff when there's a checklist of what needs to go in the order.

Gave it a try... Way overpriced, garbage bland food. Over $14 just for a fast food burrito? What a waste of money. Better burrito at Wawa gas station

1st&last TOO expensive lunch! Everything was cold to barely lukewarm meat, beans and rice awful not HOT and chips were stale n cold.

If you like good food and cold drinks at a fair price, go somewhere else. They are severely understaffed and mismanaged at this location.

This place wasted 20 minutes of my break just waiting in line behind this family of 15, who’s order wasn’t even taken for that entire 25 minutes according to the only employee I saw, it looked like they only had one guy working and he wasn’t even taking any orders for the first 20 minutes. I watched one guy walk out, and after I asked the employee if I could order first real fast because I’m on a 30 minute break and it’s all almost over he said no so I had to leave and wasted my entire break and couldn’t eat anything for my 8 hour shift.

We stopped by this location for dinner on a Friday night, two hours before closing time. They were out of most of the meats and the other ingredients looked like they had been sitting untouched for hours. The meat they did have, chicken, was severely burnt and dry. The girl that helped us was very nice and though she put everything together well (didn't skimp on ingredients), everything was still disgusting. They were also out of ice (machine was broken) and to top it all off nearly every table in the place was dirty. This location is clearly poorly run. Maybe it's better in the middle of the day when the ingredients are more fresh but it's not like we walked in five minutes before they close. We'll never go back.

Today due to an employee calling out. The line is 9-10 deep and he deserves a raise. He has handled it very well. I hope ownership takes notice. 10.19.2024

Waited in line for 15 minutes, and the employees (employee, because her colleague was standing around doing nothing) hadn’t even finished helping the customer who was ordering when we walked in the door. We departed and went to Chipotle.

This was the best place I’ve sat down and ate at in a long time. Food was beautiful chewy and warm, customer service was top tier. Probably the best moes to eat at.

I am not happy with the portions served at this location. I asked black olives and they at 3 pieces. Same with the beans and tomato. Tiny pieces! It is so annoying! Not returning to this location!
