Very Dirty, employees mood were like I don’t want to be here, which I understand not wanting to work but yeah…Didn’t have Ice and they didn’t mention it either.

Disgusting. Ordered on door dash and found this COOKED INTO my food. Why are you not wearing your hair up or a hairnet? So gross. Will never ever eat at moes again. Especially this location. A bunch of children working here and unsanitary.

I spent $44 on three items. My burrito, taco stack, and bowl of queso were all stuffed into one bag and there were hardly any chips in the bag. My stack got crushed by the weight of the food above it, and the chips were stale.

We didn’t realize there was a Moe’s here, which is a favorite of mine. We stopped in this afternoon, to first realize that the AC is clearly broken and it’s almost warmer inside than outside. Almost nobody inside. Two workers are working fast on mobile orders and didn’t look up to greet us for a couple of minutes. I get this is the new normal at some places, but still frustrating. Got our food, which was somehow $41 for two people, probably because of the forced tip. Then, of course the soda machine has no ice. They did fill our cups with ice for us, but the soda itself also isn’t cold. The cherry on top: first bite into my burrito, there’s a hair staring me in the face after the first bite. Like a complete weirdo, I kept eating around it, but it still tasted awful. I could make a better one at home. We ended up throwing out the food and leaving. Don’t waste your time. I’ll go to Chipotle or Cava instead. We ended up going to Home Depot to get a hot dog instead, LOL!

Never got my food. Ordered in the app and they won't make it. 5 orders are printed out on the counter, but if people walk in, they attend to those customers first. Order is half an hour late and still behind 4 other Internet orders, as customers keep walking in and getting priority. This isn't how it works. I had to leave since my food wasn't ready and I can't wait any longer with kids in the car. Beyond poor service, won't be back to this location.

I come here semi frequently to grab a quick meal while I’m out. Last night I came and Esam prepared my food. He provided hands down one of the best experiences I’ve had at any fast food place. Very classy. :)

We hadn’t been to Moe’s in sometime, never to this location. I had a gut feeling when pulling into the parking lot. There were only two cars and one person inside. We entered in and weren’t greeted. Instead we had to pry information from the young lady working about menu items got our food, went to get sodas and machine was out of carbonation. Told the girl and asked if they could fix it. She asked a lady in the back who said they didn’t know. Instead we were given a bottle of soda. Meanwhile all the delivery orders were given the flat soda knowing it wasn’t working. (If I ordered for delivery and got flat soda I’d be mad)
Sat down, food was okay except the long black hair in my wife’s chips, (my wife is blonde)
Just. Weird atmosphere for a Moe’s.
Men’s bathroom door wouldn’t lock because the assembly was broken.
Just disappointed because we always used to love to got to Moe’s.

Place sucks. Food sits out and goes bad. Had chucks of hard rice in burrito. Was served undercooked fajita peppers. Somehow the place is more expensive than Chipotle.

Came in on national burrito day and ordered 5 burritos and 3 bowls for dine in. Shortly after I started the first burrito, a line began to form behind me. Just our luck.

The server who was attending us to start with was not friendly and did not seem to be attentive to the order in front of her. She even walked away from our order at one point and left us waiting.

I almost did not want to continue but luckily Bella and Oscar came to the rescue. They are some of the most dedicated workers I've had the pleasure to interact with. They are patient, attentive and most of all friendly, even in the face of pressure. I have interacted with them before and every time they have given me the best service around. I bring everyone to this moes just because they make it worth the while.

BELLA AND OSCAR, you two are rockstars and I hope management recognizes your hard work.

Esam was very helpful and polite. We put in an order through the app and paid but the order never made it to the store. NOT THE STORES FAULT its whoever runs the app. Esam still completed our order and even discounted it heavily for our convenience.

Nice visit and easy to place an order. Did an online and in person order. The manager was able to help make sure the orders when through. So team is very helpful. Food was fine. They plenty variety of toppings. Will visit location again.

I got catering.And as I was carrying things out.I asked them was this everything. They said yes and they were carrying a box. So I asked them what was in there? They told me
The cold stuff and I said okay. Where is the hot stuff? They had forgotten that. Then as I was doing a quick check.I realized they had not included plates.So I went inside and got plates. I asked them again was that everything and they told me yes. I am now at my business lunch.And they forgot the taco shells for the taco bar. I'm not sure how they forget stuff when there's a checklist of what needs to go in the order.
