Great beers! Awesome service.
I visited Oviedo Brewing today as they were hosting an Adventures on Tap event I was attending. I found their beer selection to be on the IPA-heavy side. Among craft breweries, they are certainly not alone in that approach. But someone who prefers stouts, porters and dunkels (i.e. me) would find their selection was wanting. The bartender, who was abrupt bordering on rude, served me their Red. It was okay. Thankfully, our server (I missed her name, but she was great) suggested the lovely Oktoberfest Märzen they had on tap. She saved the day!
I was greeted by no one upon walking in. Sat myself as directed and was not looked at for fourty-five minutes. The “Florida Boi” tasted like flour and water mixed together. The “Truffle Parmesan Fries” I ordered took about an hour to come out and were ice cold. Poorly restaurant management and poor kitchen managements
Meh service, Okay beers. Good NEIPA.
Great location, great setup with an available Outdoor Patio. They offer beer flights & Food is available here too.
They were not busy, but we still waited over an hour for our food. No ice, service was sparse. We had to get our own drinks and condiments, even though we asked our server to bring.
A great beer flight and pretzel charcuterie
It was my first time ever getting a Brazilian and I was so freaking nervous but BILLIEANN was a sweetheart, she made small talk to get me distracted and honestly it didn’t hurt as bad as I thought. I highly recommend this studio and BILLIEANN!
Jaylon was fantastic. Great suggestions for drinks and food.
We held a private event here and Taylor was absolutely amazing at helping us plan and making sure we had everything we needed the day of. She was super attentive and allowed us to enjoy the party because she had everything running smoothly.
Esperanza was very sweet and did an excellent and efficient job!

Bingo was good but everything else from our server to the food was awful. We couldn't stomach the truffle fries, which were $9 and told the server they were nasty. Manager responded that she wouldn't refund the item because "most of them were eaten" mind you, we were given a very small portion to begin with and ate only top top few that were moderately palatable. The server never offered to remake them as the owner had claimed. The "southern comfort" chicken sandwich was extremely bland. Overall, between service and food, we were very dissatisfied and will not be returning.
Came here Friday evening. Wasn't super packed, but busy enough. At first, our server was pretty quick, but we didn't order drinks right away because we couldn't get wifi or any connection in the restaurant (drink menu via QR code). We eventually figured out you can connect to BNwifi. Had to go to the bar and it took awhile to get the two bartender's attention to get a printed menu.I got the Italian sandwich and the menu did not show that it had jalapenos/peppers in it. It was so spicy, even after I removed the peppers. I couldn't finish it. Traded my husband's hamburger for the sandwich and even though he loves spicy food, he also commented how super spicy that sandwich was.The hamburger was actually good. Kettle fries, drinks, and everything else was fine. But after we got our food, our server disappeared. We were ready to leave and had to wait until she finally showed up.Overall, this is a pretty decent place. Just wish the server had warned me about how spicy the Italian sandwich was. She made no recommendations on drinks or menu specials. We'd come back for the hamburgers and try other foods though.
came here bcs my bf and i had over an hour to kill before our movie was going to start.. got seated around 6:40 and gave my order to the waitress few mins later.. after half an hour the waitress comes around to inform me that the ticketing system malfunctioned and the kitchen never received my order and that my food should be out within 3 mins. mind you at this point we were cutting it close to our movie showing about to begin and basically had no time to enjoy my food even if it got to my table within 3 mins. it was over 5 mins before i even got my order and when i received it, it was the most subpar tenders and overcooked sweet potato fries i ever got, also didnt receive the buffalo sauce i asked for. ended up having to box my order up and the waitress offers me two poker chips to redeem free beer next time im around. i left them on the table, with such slow and mediocre service, never coming back. if i could give less than 1 star, i definitely would
Upon our arrival at Oviedo brewing, a staggering hour and ten minutes before our eagerly anticipated cinematic venture, my dear companion and I were brimming with a misguided sense of temporal affluence. With the theater a mere five-minute stroll away, we deemed ourselves ensconced in a cocoon of ample time.Seated at a rustic table, we promptly summoned libations to wet our parched palates. As the minutes leisurely ambled by, my beloved decided to indulge in the allure of chicken tenders, naively assuming a brief interlude of ten to fifteen minutes ere their arrival.Alas, forty interminable minutes elapsed, devoid of any sight of the coveted culinary creation. Our lamentations reached the ears of our waitress, who graced us with her presence, leaving for the kitchen and returned bearing news of the kitchen's malaise – an ostentatious failure to print tickets had left our order in limbo. In a fervent plea for expedience, I dared to inquire about the ETA, only to be met with incredulity, as though the mere notion of temporal constraints was a foreign concept. "No more than three minutes," she retorted, as though time itself were at her beck and call.Five minutes later and faced with the imminent threat of cinematic tardiness, I retreated momentarily to the facilities, whereupon a fateful decision was made – a concession to seek recompense for our misfortune. Upon my return, I was met with the sight of my companion hastily packaging our uneaten repast into a to-go tray, an act of resignation to the whims of fate.Yet, the conundrum of the to-go tray remained unresolved – a harbinger of inconvenience amidst our plight. Thus, a mad dash ensued, fraught with the urgency of cinematic punctuality, culminating in a late arrival at the theater. As a parting gesture, we left behind tokens of our discontent – two poker chips, symbolic of free libations we would never claim, nestled amidst the detritus of used napkins and discarded remnants. A final act of defiance in the face of culinary calamity.Note -- I'm aware its not the waitress's fault the tickets did not print, but it wasn't busy and she let us sit 40 minutes after ordering chicken tenders before bothering to check on them which is absurd. Never returning.
The place was empty which was shocking since it was the Saturday night before St. Patrick's Day. That should've been a good indication.. We had a group of 10. Our waiter was great and kept checking on us. The atmosphere was fine. Nothing outstanding. My only issue was the food. We ordered wings which appeared meaty and good sized but we got medium buffalo and they tasted like barbecue. They weren't hot to touch either. I'm not sure how long they have been sitting around. I ordered the Oviedo pizza and it was OK. Too much sauce on the top took away from the taste. Everybody else said their food was just OK. This may have been one and done for us. I would definitely say we weren't impressed.
