Staff is wonderful, nice light food - but my 2 business partners and I went in, ordered a late lunch and 3 teenagers sat at the table next to us, we got our food started a non-formality meeting and the teens who ordered nothing started laughing loudly with CONSTANT OBSCENITIES - VERY VULGAR. We stopped our meeting and I informed a manager, if he would PLEASE address the problem, he said he would and did NOTHING. We looked at each other as the teens volume and disgusting obscenities continued. Paul, pointed out that clearly other patrons at other tables were disturbed also.
I know school is out, but we as a polite society and friendly town, do not have to live like Oviedo, is CHICAGO! Panera should have addressed this because we had to leave our lunches on the table, and LEAVE ! While the teens ordered NOTHING. I’ve enjoyed eating at Panera for approximately 5 years, nice food and staff. However, if they can’t address or rectify a CLEAR problem, THAT WAS BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION, then I will eat and meet elsewhere. Im having a meeting with Oviedo Mayor Sladek next week, and will question her on this topic, she will probably agree with my assessment to eat elsewhere.

Manager, Katherine, wants to blame Uber eats for their lack of paying attention to order notes and forgetting our free butter. She made sure to tell us there was nothing she could do for an item that has no monetary value. Can’t send a new order out since they use third party. While on the phone with her, my boyfriend presented this avocado to me from his sandwich. She offered a refund, but then immediately made it a difficult process by telling me that refunds can’t be done over the phone.
She has no empathy and offered no solutions to fix the problem at hand, just coupons/discounts for future visits to spend more money at somewhere we know does not care about their customers.
I asked to speak to her supervisor and she gave me “the office” phone number and no person to speak with directly. The office is closed today.

Gross? Stale? Disgusting? Not sure which word to use but all apply to this location!!
My first baguette was stale, hard as a rock. Exchanged it for a fresh one, which the employee was nice about, but now this one is undercooked and doughy!
The soup also is a consistency/texture that never once in my 20 years of eating panera have I seen.
Grainy, lumpy, similar look to vomit. The taste was also SICKENING, obviously old soup or old ingredients, something isn’t right.
Now leaving, still hungry, and worried I may be sick.

This is a nice, comfortable place to work, although they don’t have a lot of electrical outlets. It’s always busy, which is a good sign. I participate in the sip club, which has been a great value. I can’t recommend it enough. Also, the food is very good and I enjoy eating there when I can. Other days, I just go and get my drink and get some work done.

They make Croissant and you can have it for breakfast, but they do not serve croissant for lunch in their sandwiches, which is really ridiculous. Also their drive through quality and potion is a lot less than dine in.

A special thanks to Roselyn Velez, who went above and beyond to ensure our order was correct and everything was perfectly in place. Her attention to detail and willingness to help us set up made all the difference. The food was fresh, delicious, and beautifully arranged, which left a great impression on our guests. Panera’s catering is a go-to for any event—highly recommended!

Placed a pick up order on the app the app was easy enough to use and it said it would be ready within 10 minutes. The line was long and slow but I think that was because someone ordered the whole menu because after that car it was boom boom boom. I had 1/2 the bacon rancher which was Amazing. And half a French ciabatta dipper the meat on the dipper was dry and I found a few different pieces of bone in the sandwich. I don’t like surprises in my sandwiches so I didn’t eat the dipper after my second bite in a row had a bone in it. If you go avoid the dipper but get the Rancher it’s amazing without it this would be a 1star review
