I ordered two toasted Bagels and when I picked them up I asked for Peanut butter and Orange Marmalade, and I was informed that they only serve butter or cream cheese. My wife and I are both allergic to dairy so neither one was an option for us. I guesss we are used to going to a real place like Bagel King for a bagel and coffee. Our last time here!

Intercom needs replaced This is the only place that I come to where they can never understand what I’m saying and I have to repeat my order. It’s also correctly on the outside this has been going on for at least a year
Also, my car makes no sounds as an EV I figured overtime the employees would say something to the Management.

The bagels are just a white bread, light and fluffy.
The staff were friendly to start. But, they got sissy when after 10 minutes I asked at the counter were our order was. 'OH, we called twice'. When I said we were seated and did not hear she replied 'that was your problem.'
I will avoid Panera Bread whenever possible...very low expectations for quality and service.
I ordered the cranberry walnut chicken salad pick two!! The sandwich looked like it was made in a rush, a mound of chicken salad on half the bread and both slices of bread were torn in the middle making the sandwich a mess to eat! Panera known for their bread to serve this poorly executed sandwich was disappointing! On a positive note the chicken salad had an excellent flavor!!

Staff is wonderful, nice light food - but my 2 business partners and I went in, ordered a late lunch and 3 teenagers sat at the table next to us, we got our food started a non-formality meeting and the teens who ordered nothing started laughing loudly with CONSTANT OBSCENITIES - VERY VULGAR. We stopped our meeting and I informed a manager, if he would PLEASE address the problem, he said he would and did NOTHING. We looked at each other as the teens volume and disgusting obscenities continued. Paul, pointed out that clearly other patrons at other tables were disturbed also.
I know school is out, but we as a polite society and friendly town, do not have to live like Oviedo, is CHICAGO! Panera should have addressed this because we had to leave our lunches on the table, and LEAVE ! While the teens ordered NOTHING. I’ve enjoyed eating at Panera for approximately 5 years, nice food and staff. However, if they can’t address or rectify a CLEAR problem, THAT WAS BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION, then I will eat and meet elsewhere. Im having a meeting with Oviedo Mayor Sladek next week, and will question her on this topic, she will probably agree with my assessment to eat elsewhere.
