We ordered pizza last Friday. I think it was but it hadn’t literally no meat on the Philly cheesesteak. I called and spoke to the manager Megan and she promptly fixed us up a new pizza and it was delicious. Thank you, Megan.

I wanted to reach out to you about my recent experience with your service, which occurred tonight, February 8th, 2025, at 9:07 PM. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The service was subpar, and the food quality didn't meet my expectations. It seemed like the service was careless, and no one bothered to ensure everything was okay.
What's worse is that this is the second time a similar mistake has happened. I find it unacceptable that you can't improve your service after multiple attempts.
Furthermore, the employees' attitude was extremely negative, and I didn't feel welcome. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant.
I don't plan on using your services again, and when I can, I'll share my experience with others so they know what to expect. I think it's the least you deserve after the poor service I've received.

I ordered 5 pizzas for an event, and they turned out rubbery. On top of that, the delivery person was very rude. Apparently a 20% tip didn’t seem justified. I won’t be ordering from here again.

We ordered pizza tonight on line at 5:30 pm and it’s 8:07 pm and never got our order yet and when I call the store no one picks up .. I will order somewhere else next time… Terrible ..I won’t order here again .. never! ?

One of the most unfriendly and unclean looking food places I've ever been. A young lady with tattoos in particular was extremely aggressively rude and incommunicative to paying customers. Even saw her flip off an old man. I wouldn't suggest anyone go here
I know it’s Halloween. We are waiting 2.5 hours so far. They refuse to pick up the phone. Unacceptable.

Multiple times order was wrong verry last time I placed an order it took an hour and half to get it I tried to call for 45 minutes and no answer finally someone answered and says do I want it remade no apology nothing

If you want thick crust this is the place for you. I mean extra thick crust. Crust with zero flavor. Crust that is dry like the desert sand Did I mention it is extra thick.

I order from Papa John’s it’s pizza we like. This is the store that we are zoned for delivery and we are unable to use another. The last 4 times we have ordered there have been issues. The last 3 issues they did not give us our drink and when I called they said it was the door dash drivers fault. I said I ordered through the papa John’s app why is there a door dash driver involved. Then I was told they use door dash drivers to help with deliveries but I could not get a clear answer as to where my 20% tip goes. Since I didn’t order through door dash how does it get the driver. I was also told we will just refund you the drink or I they can send someone to bring me my drink- this happened all 3 times I stated I would like my drink. With so much attitude and disdain the manager said they would get that to us. Because of this I chose to order through Door Dash. This last time 9/2, I ordered at 6:30 1 cheese pizza and 1 pepperoni both light sauce that’s it. An hour later I had 2 drivers from DoorDash change because the store was taking too long. I called and when I spoke to the manager he said the drivers canceled because the order was taking too long and that he would get it out immediately. I received my order at 7:50. I am all for second chances and understanding being understaffed or busy but 4 times - every time I have ordered in the last 2-3 months this is ridiculous. The stores leadership is unprofessional and needs to find a resolution to this “door dash problem”- managers words not mine.

Did a carryout order and I checked before heading back to work. The base sauce was incorrect so I asked if it could please be remade. The girl working was nice to give me the messed up pizza for free and while I'm waiting the manager and worker are watching shows on their phones...while a customer is in the store!? Get my remake and go to my car. Check it and it was remade incorrect AGAIN! I was just fed up at that point. Maybe if you weren't so worried about your shows smh...I've worked in a busy pizza restaurant and it's not that hard to read a ticket. Just frustrating coming from a manager. Great example for your employees to watch King of the Hill while remaking a pizza...

My wife went in on June 22nd around 7:30 and she was completely ignored. Instead of one of the 5 employees behind coming to complete the transaction, they did everything they could to not make eye contact with her. This has become a regular occurrence at this location. There are too many pizza options close by to tolerate such horrible service. We are done giving them another chance.
I placed my order, and it sounded like the person was out of touch,with the store,and menu,as if they were somewhere else other than that store, Not to mention that the order was not fulfilled,half meat pizza and half pepperoni, absolutely no pepperoni on 1 side and the other side was very sloppy all the sausage was on pretty much 2 slices instead of half the pie the meat was hard and very dry. I'm 55 and have made and eaten many pizzas in fact I came to Papa Jons for a good pie.Very very disappointed ?
Nice experience. Clean organized establishment. Employees were courteous, hard-working people.
