So was walking by the store saw the sign and went in to order it and they said you can not get the deal unless you place it online. You should not has a sign up with a price they you can not honor it is false advertising

Ridiculous amount of toppings (I should say none). Pizza covered with bubbled crust. A frozen Totinos pizza would be better than this. Save your money 👎👎. I definitely won't be back.

Had an issue about the pizza being burnt. Employee was very nice about the issue but we did decide to escalate to the manager to see other options. Manager was horrible and had a very bad attitude. Honestly for such a simple issue of burnt pizza he acted quite childish. If you ever have any issues about their pizza, don’t talk to the manager and probably just avoid this place altogether.

This is litterly the worst papa John’s ever the manager. Is litterly just just standing there and sitting there while there is a lobby full of people and pizza is ready to be handed out just literally sitting there. These poor workers are drowning drowning and I literally waited. 25 minutes for my order that was ordered 45 minutes prior, he needs to get up his butt and actually help his employees seriously poor employees. I really feel bad for them.

This place is constantly messing my order up, today I got a thin crust on a pizza that came with regular crust, not like they were out of it because the other pizza was normal, not to mention it’s $40 for two pizzas, papa John’s this place has gone so downhill they oughta replace you with a better pizza joint that doesn’t have a 500% markup because of “inflation” you’re a chain, quit acting like you use real ingredients that don’t come in a bag

Filthy employees! I witnessed an employee, a short woman with blue streaks in her hair, eat a messy sub sandwich and then go straight to handling dough without washing her hands! I can't wait to get the health department out there to do an inspection, because that is absolutely disgusting!

Our Pizza came 40 minutes late after already being a 70 minute ETA, barely warmer than room temperature even though we live less than 10 minutes from the location. They delivered the wrong type of pizza, this crust is significantly smaller than what we ordered.

We ordered pizza last Friday. I think it was but it hadn’t literally no meat on the Philly cheesesteak. I called and spoke to the manager Megan and she promptly fixed us up a new pizza and it was delicious. Thank you, Megan.

I wanted to reach out to you about my recent experience with your service, which occurred tonight, February 8th, 2025, at 9:07 PM. Unfortunately, it was a huge disappointment. The service was subpar, and the food quality didn't meet my expectations. It seemed like the service was careless, and no one bothered to ensure everything was okay.

What's worse is that this is the second time a similar mistake has happened. I find it unacceptable that you can't improve your service after multiple attempts.

Furthermore, the employees' attitude was extremely negative, and I didn't feel welcome. Overall, my experience was very unpleasant.

I don't plan on using your services again, and when I can, I'll share my experience with others so they know what to expect. I think it's the least you deserve after the poor service I've received.

I ordered 5 pizzas for an event, and they turned out rubbery. On top of that, the delivery person was very rude. Apparently a 20% tip didn’t seem justified. I won’t be ordering from here again.
