I personally would never order Papa John’s, but my wife likes it. I tried ordering their special for a large specialty for $14.99. I was told it doesn’t apply if I want half the pizza to be cheese only. Makes no sense it should save them money not having to put toppings on half the pizza. Not sure who evens takes orders, all I can hear is a bunch of kids screaming in the background. I tried to order on website also and pay full price but when I select the works and try to customize it to half cheese, it says you have to select 5 items. I would recommend Marco’s any day, taste better in my opinion and at least they seem to answer the phone at the store, not some off site person.

Placed a delivery for about $46 including a generous tip. If I had known they outsource to DoorDash I would have just picked it up. Not only did my food not get delivered, got no note not text like I usually do and the "manager" on staff could have cared less just kept saying refund or credit? Refund or credit? Didn't care at all and embarrassed me in front of the entire store and another customer tell me in a provoking condescending way when I asked "so you don't care?" "HAVE A GOOD DAY" this is why people lose it on employees. Just act like you give a damn and don't brush people off. Imagine I did that in the hospital I work at. The lack of empathy and rudeness from someone who clearly doesn't need this job but can go to someone more deserving. My company definitely won't be using this store for our employee lunch and learns or meeting meals and I certainly have lost all respect for this store for my personal use. That employee just ruined it all for this store.

Pizza wasn't bad. When did they stop cutting it into slices though? Also, did they stop with the garlic dipping sauce? Cause I didn't get any. Gave them instructions to call when they arrive due to my pups, do they not follow instructions anymore? If so, why ask for special instructions? With a $6 delivery fee and 15% tip, you'd think they'd provide core service, which they didn't. Won't be ordering from them anymore.

Where’s the meat! Tasteless does not taste like a Philly Cheese Steak. Believe it or not Dominos has the best CS.
I am a Dasher/Uber Eats Driver so am here a lot. I had a positive review prior to this but have to update. Every time I go here now I have to wait at least 5 minutesplus for orders to be ready. They have gone down hill.

I work next door and all of my co workers get 50% off discounts when we are working and pick up food from here. The manager Ty was extremely rude and unwelcoming saying only certain people can get it and treating us with so much disrespect. I have always gotten a discount from here but I will not be buying food on my break here ever again due to this lady being so rude.

Shady stuff going on at this establishment...pizza had not showed up for more than an hour..called them back; claimed they called me multiple times...they gave me a different number and another person's name. So whomever took my order managed to charge my credit card but forgot my phone number and name. I'd advise to be very careful when you order from here.
