3/12/24 Probably the worst smoothie I’ve ever had. It was like a glass of warm juice. The server apparently used little to no ice. How do you not add enough ice in a smoothie? Ugh..

Super-fast service and really nice people working during my visit. The small smoothie I got was deliciously fulfilling and energizing! I value customer service and food that makes me feel good. I found both. Thank you.

Neglect online orders. Arrived at the pickup time, waited in line, inquired about online order. Employee said she had not gotten to those yet as it was quite busy, then proceeded to help the people just walking in while continuing to neglect online orders. It would’ve been faster if I had just ordered in person.

I've gone here a bunch of times because I like smoothies, and I usually get mine around lunch. The service has been pretty good usually, and there's a nice atmosphere for a chain. I came 20 minutes before the closing time advertised on google maps and on a sign on the door, and everyone was gone. I understand starting to clean up around that time, but the restaurant should have staff in it until closing. I will probably visit again some time in the future, as this isn't enough to ruin a place for me.

Terrible customer service. Was buying for my daughter wasn't sure what she wanted, I'm not not a smoothie drinker. She was extremely impatient and rude! Just offer some suggestions with out being put out! If you don't like dealing with customers find another line of work!! Will not ever come back here!

I just had one of the most unwelcoming interactions from the employee, who's name on my receipt reads as Lukas, working behind the counter. No greeting and acted as if me being in the store to purchase a drink was an inconvenience to her. I won't be back to this Planet Smoothie.Edited for spelling.

Planet smoothies is always reliable. It's a Chain, but they definitely have good smoothies and are consistent. This one within a few miles of my home. I've gone he multiple times and it has always been great service. On a recent trip I event accidentally dropped one of the smoothies I was juggling to take home......I walked in to purchase another and they made it for me, handed it to Me, then said no charge. They did not need to do that, but were perfectly willing to help a customer out for a mistake. I've become a fan of "the Vinnie"" here. It is a berry smoothie w/ Orange sherbet in there.....a combination I would not have imagined, but it adds just the right flavor! The shop is seated in the front of a shopping center near Alafaya woods. If you are coming from any of the side roads, it is a little tricky navigating to the parking lot, but not a big deal. Appreciate my neighborhood Planet Smoothie! Definitely go there and try the Vinnie!
