Had catering from pollo tropical twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times, the food was packed perfectly and tasted great! The employees were helpful and even carried the food to my car! Thanks Ivan and Mary for the fast & friendly service!

Really enjoyed being served by Miguel. He was very friendly and took extra time to make sure our large order was correct.
I rated this place long ago. Sadly, I don't know what happened but the quality of the service and food is incomparable to what I used to see. Cheese yuca is dry and no cheese at all. I ordered 3 crispy chicken and they ran out of it at 7pm today, Thursday Oct 3, 2024. Terrible. It doesn't look like the same place I rated 3 years ago, totally decadent. Dear managers, do not reach out to me offering a free meal to remove this rate, I don't need it. Fix this mess and we are good. Perhaps I change my rate in the future.
