Used to love this place but ever since Covid it went downhill. They took out the sauce bar, removed soda machine and jacked up prices. They’re also cheap with meat portions. It doesn’t have the same service friendly vibe anymore.

This Oviedo place used to be my favorite chicken place but recently their 1/4 chicken platter is getting smaller. It’s really upsetting to go through the drive through, get home and find out that you were cheated. That piece of chicken was extremely small, with barely any meat. They should be ashamed to be selling this. Sorry Pollo tropical but you lost me as a regular customer. Too many times.

I ordered a steak bowl with white rice and black beans, and I requested avocado, which is extra charge. Unfortunately, when I got home, the avocado was rotten and sour. Overall, the food wasn't as good as I remember.

Had catering from pollo tropical twice in the last 2 weeks. Both times, the food was packed perfectly and tasted great! The employees were helpful and even carried the food to my car! Thanks Ivan and Mary for the fast & friendly service!
