I ordered 2 tropi chop one with chicken and one with meat and it was horrible the rice was hard and I only got 2 pieces of meat it one tropi chop and very little chicken

Portions just got way smaller. 1/2 the size overnight. They just got cheap !!! no you don’t get rude to respond with your corporate nonsense. I reject your response and I’m insulted I ordered two nights in a row the same thing the second time I ordered it it was half the size even a large fry was tiny you guys got cheap. Don’t apologize.

Chicken was delicious, but I order 6 tostones and 2 out 6 were good, meaning the rest 4 were refried. Tostones refried is hard and no tasty full of oil. So if you fix that I’ll give 5 star .
Typical Pollo, steak meal was very dry and chewy. Tropical bowl was good.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. They always forget something because all they do is talk to each other. They don’t work at all. Every time I go there they forget at least two things. The most useless team of workers I’ve ever seen. I always ask for Caesar dressing on the side and I even see it printed on the receipt but they never do it. Who ever is running this business and hiring this useless team of chatty workers is failing. The store number on the website isn’t even a store number it’s a customer service line that makes you do a 20 minute questionaire and then just hangs up on you and sends you a text message saying they can’t process refunds on the same day. Horrible horrible location.
