My family came to eat here on 16 Aug, very underwhelming food. Most of the things we ate were warm at best, some of it cold, and bland. For what we paid, at least give us food that isn't cold. We were pretty disappointed , and agreed we wouldn't return. The staff just kept talking loud behind the counter, and very few customers for lunch on a Saturday, so don't see why the quality of food/service was bad.

I just placed a drive through order. Got home about 10 minutes ago. Took a sip of the strawberry lemonade and it was disgusting. It tasted spoiled. I tried to call twice and no answer. Hopefully someone checks it before someone gets sick.
The yellow rice tastes like its half fresh half old as there is hard pieces in it.

The food is so good that after our last visit, my youngest asked if we could buy five containers of their black beans to eat throughout the entire week - now that's a ringing endorsement from a kid! Horribly run operations. I ordered 2 half chickens on the app. When I arrived at the store 20 mins later they said they gave my chicken away to a family of 7 who ordered a large platter but that it would only take 15 mins to finish my order. I waited 20 mins, only For them to tell me it will be an additional 30 mins.
Been coming here for over a decade. The service is horrible now. Every time they screw up my order. I am a diabetic and tell them no rice. Last 3 times I get rice or rice and no black beans. No silverware or napkins. It sucks. Time to try somewhere else.

The portions are smaller and the prices are going up. The portions should increase for the prices they are charging. The rice was not well done and the meat has been dry the last two times. The employees are nice but they had a red head guy recently who may have spit in the food. Disappointed.
