Food is fresh! We tried the vegan ramen (not listed on the menu) and were offered the option to choose which veggies that we'd like to include as well as the spice level. The eggless noodles were a moderately firm texture and the broth was flavorful (not salty). The spice level for hot was was mild in my opinion; so if you're into extra spicy foods you may want to try the hottest spice level to get you there.
Vegetarian options: Off the menu vegan ramen option with eggless noodles.

This is my son's favorite place to eat. The service is great, and the food is amazing. Be aware of the very small seating area before you arrive. You may need to wait for a table. Also, the price for two people plus a tip is around the $60 mark. If you add appetizers and drinks, the price can get rather steep. Still, this is a restaurant that we keep coming back to.

Ramen Takagi is a must-visit for any ramen lover in Orlando. This small spot can get packed, but trust me, the wait is worth it. They have the best ramen in town, hands down. The broth is incredibly flavorful and perfectly balanced – rich, creamy, and savory. While their onigiri is also quite good, the real star of the show is the ramen. If you're looking for an authentic and delicious ramen experience, look no further than Ramen Takagi!
Overall quite pleased with our first time dining here! Unfortunately the karaage was sold out, so we tried the gyoza which were very good. The black garlic tonkotsu was tasty with very good noodles, broth, and toppings. I loved the wooden broth spoons they give you with your chopsticks. It wasn’t the very best broth or ajitama we’ve ever had, but it is a fantastic meal overall. There was a family dining in with a shrieking child that detracted a bit from the experience, but we’ll return to try different options and hope the karaage is available :)
Just one thing I asked for - for my peace of mind- ahead of placing an order for delivery- to seal the bag. Honestly, why wouldn’t a restaurant simply seal the customer’s food during delivery to keep everything safe is beyond me. But the person on the other line assured me it will be, and then when it came, it wasn’t sealed. It isn’t about not sealing it, but is about not doing it on purpose especially after committing to it is what is beyond annoying. Anyways, to each their own. Honestly just say you don’t want to seal the bag and I wouldn’t have placed the order !
