I recently visited this ramen spot and was thoroughly impressed! As a fan of bold flavors, I tried both the Tantan Ramen and the Spicy Miso Ramen and they did not disappoint. The Tantan was rich, creamy, and perfectly balanced with just the right amount of spice and nuttiness. The ground meat and sesame flavors were spot on, making every bite super satisfying. The Spicy Miso was equally amazing deep, umami-packed broth with a kick that warms you up without overwhelming the palate....

Really good ramen! The black garlic tonkotsu ramen is *chef's kiss* The chicken karaage and tatanman were very tasty. They definitely deserve the win at Ramen Rumble 2024. 😉

Food is fresh! We tried the vegan ramen (not listed on the menu) and were offered the option to choose which veggies that we'd like to include as well as the spice level. The eggless noodles were a moderately firm texture and the broth was flavorful (not salty). The spice level for hot was was mild in my opinion; so if you're into extra spicy foods you may want to try the hottest spice level to get you there.
