Ordered broccolini with the Fettuccini Alfredo. It was not trimmed properly, so what I got was mostly very undercooked stalks with very few buds. The Fettuccini Alfredo was good, though, and the server was very attentive. Also had the Tomato Basil Soup that was excellent.

Ordered to pick up after a soccer game. Everyone hungry and too tired to cook. Went in to pick up and my order was canceled. 😔 That was the first and last time for us!

Went to Romano's Macaroni Grill to celebrate my husband's birthday. They ran out of steak, his favorite, so he was disappointed. The rest of visit was lovely.

Went to this place for my first time wanting to use a gift card I received as a present. The waitress said they just changed companies, and they don't work with this card anymore. In that case, why are they not honoring the cards still out? How come this is the customer's fault? I found that very poor customer oriented. Also, she almost forgot to complete my order. I would have left without the Brussels. Honestly, I was already there, so I went and completed the order, but the food wasn't as great, and the fact that nothing was offered to resolve the card situation was very disappointing. The pasta was dry and the Brussels too salty. Here's a picture of the card and the $25 I couldn't use at this location.

Our server Kai was amazing. He was very attentive and made sure we had everything and checked on us often. The food was very good and was just a good experience over all.

Probably the worst Italian i have ever had. Pasta was so overcooked had to eat it with a spoon. Service was very very slow. A jar of raga and a box of store pasta you cook yourself would have been 10 times better. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Our server Jade was outstanding! She didn't miss a beat, brough us plenty of water without having to requested it. The chicken scalloppine was so delicious, and the alfredo was great. I can't wait to go back. The atmosphere was soft and personable.

Our server Becca was super nice & we never had to want for anything! The lobster bisque was super delicious along with the Pasta Milano & the Pasta Rustica. Better than Carrabas. I honestly don’t understand why the place wasn’t packed because the restaurant is beautiful on the inside too. First time we went to the Macaroni Grill ever & we will definitely be back!

Should have known that something changed by the empty parking lot on Friday night at 6pm. AC seemed to not be working properly. 1 drink took 15 minutes “because a server was covering for the bartender”. The place was almost empty. Had to ask for bread. Food and new server were very good but won’t be going back. $69 for 2 pasta meals 2 salads and one drink.
