I’ve been a loyal customer of Saigon Flavors since it opened. My parents were friends with the original owner Charlie and we supported him in his endeavors when he left the restaurant Viet Garden on Colonial and Mills and started Saigon Falbora. Charlie has since sold the business but it still keeps the same flavor and charm it always had. I personally love anything that has grilled lemon chicken. Great food. We been coming here for over a decade. Owners have changed over the years, but service and quality remain excellent. Vermicelli with shrimp, pork, and spring rolls is a must as well as the crispy noodles.
1st time visiting in years, and it was excellent! Food was great, service was friendly and prompt, and the atmosphere is nice and quiet.
