The place is actually very tasty, they have good prices and the owners are very friendly. The only thing that I and some people I know who have gone there don't like is that since it is the only Chilean restaurant, they often have the press there, television, among other things and for someone who wants to spend it in a quiet place eating. It's uncomfortable. I have been to the place 3 times and of the 3 times, 2 times we have had to deal with people with microphones and cameras and it is very uncomfortable and the place being so small is annoying. Or they are watching a game, it's very full... But apart from that, with all your heart don't stop going because it's very delicious and I know that all the boom that their restaurant has had is not in the hands of the owners. They are very good people and the other employees. I hope they continue to grow and can open a larger location or have more than 1 location.

Wheelchair accessibility: It is complicated for people in wheelchairs. The place is small

The food is nothing to say, very delicious, we ordered a poor quality loin, cheese empanada and complete Italian and it was all very delicious. The only problem, although I know it's not a restaurant problem, is a lot of small children running around the place and others playing with cell phones at high volume, which makes the atmosphere not so pleasant because the place is small.
But the food is very delicious, expensive but worth it, it is recommended if you are Chilean!!!

Lovely people and *very* authentic Chilean food. We will definitely be back.

We tried Santinos because my 13yo nephew has to do a project/report on Chile for his Spanish class, and I thought tasting different dishes would give him a better grasp of what he's working on. He fell in LOVE with the marraqueta bread and Pebre sauce. The pastel de Choclo was amazing, and the Charquican con Huevos Fritos is his new favorite thing -- thank goodness the restaurant is located in the same strip-mall as his music school -- he'll be there as often as he can talk his parents into not cooking at home! 😂

P.S. -- The baked empanadas are amazing too! They're HUGE!!!

On September 18, I went with my family, the service was terrible, we spent about $120 for some Chilean sweets (super 8, alteza cookies, semolina, etc.) and everything is stale, hard and bad! I had high expectations of entering this restaurant and trying food from my country, but with this alone I won't go back, there are so few Chilean places and they sell things like that. I had heard bad reviews about this place, but I wanted to give it a chance anyway.

The food was delicious! The completos and empanadas are the best here in the U.S. Santinos have the best Chilean food. I highly recommend this place!! I am a foodie so trust me! The chef Claudio is the best!

Excellent service, very friendly people and you can feel the Chilean atmosphere. I came today the 18th, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service. It is appreciated to have a corner with real flavors of Chile in Orlando

Today, September 18, we were disappointed again... for the Chile game we arrived at 8:00 p.m. and we couldn't order due to high demand... today we arrived at 9:00 p.m. and we received a "it's closed, come tomorrow" with their closing time being at 22:00hrs…. The distance we traveled to get there is long, however we go because it is the only place that brings us a little closer to our land... what I can't explain is... If you know that they are the only Chilean restaurant in Orlando and they have been in the business for more than a year... on September 18th they are going to close early, and if again it is because they did not have food stock left... What a disappointment!
