Peanut butter smoothie tasted like ice and sugar. Hardly tasted any peanut butter. Cashier seemed like he was in a rush even though no one was behind me. Leaving a 5 star bc I come here many times and this is the only bad experience I had.

Went today at 5:23 am, online says open, at the coffee shop there’s 3 signs say open. They never talk trough the drive through. I stop in the window and all lights on, computer on but there’s nobody processing order or at the front. Crazy …. Waste of time.

I go here at least once a week and never had a bad experience. If they make a mistake, they quickly remedy it. I used to go to Starbucks until this place opened. Quickly discovered the taste and customer service was far superior. You have a customer for life!

Ordered 2 black coffees via drive thru. Customer service was non-existent and had to wait for employees to finish personal conversation prior to paying or being served. It was not a busy time and unnecessary wait for what I ordered. At least close the window if you are not ready to acknowledge a customer.
