The worst service in the Central Florida area I mean it is so terrible. You will wait 20 minutes for a drink with no ice and then you will have to yell across the entire building at the worker to say hey is that order in your hands for me as he was about to walk inside after not bringing you the order

The food was not even edible. The onion rings and fried pickles had a very bad after taste. The burger was very sloppy. The only thing that was yummy was their Limeaid. I will not return, money literally thrown away.

This Sonic performs well below average on any given day. My order is always incorrect in some form or fashion. One time, an employee even made fun of me for my order. When I die, I want the employees from this Sonic to lower me into my grave so they can let me down one last time.

I ordered my food at 12:35 and didn’t receive it until 12:58. Burgers, fries, and popcorn chicken were cold. Burgers were 93 degrees, fries 85 degrees and pop corn chicken was 80 degrees. The time between receiving my food and getting home shouldn’t have cooled off the food that much of it came straight out from being cooked. More than likely it sat out for more than 15 min after being cooked before it was handed to me. The popcorn chicken definitely wasn’t popcorn chicken. It was three small nuggets mostly breading hardly any chicken that had to be shared between two young toddlers. If it was truly popcorn chicken I should’ve gotten about 8 pieces. The only decent thing about the order was the sodas and slushie.

My daughter and I went for happy hour and ordered drinks, fries and tater tots. The drinks were good but the food was SOOO SALTY. I had to throw it all in the trash. That was after waiting almost 15 mins in the drive thru. Very disappointed.
