“ON MY VACATIONS TO FLORIDA VISITING MY RELATIVES AND FRIENDS, I FOUND MYSELF AT THE ALE HOUSE MANY DAYS SINCE IT IS FREQUENTLY VISITED BY MY SON CHRIS AND DAUGHTER IN LAW SUE , I WANT TO COMMENT ON THE GREAT SERVICE AS WELL AS GOOD DRINKS AND VERY GOOD FOOD. MANAGER ALFREDO IS AWESOME, AS IS ASSISTANT MANAGER CHRIS, AND ALL WORKERS I CAME ACROSS WITH DURING MY VISIT: JEFF, LIBBY, ALYSSA, KAYLA, AND BLAKE !!!! IT IS HARD TO FIND THIS KIND OF STAFF IN THIS DAY AND AGE !!!! THANKS TO ALL OF YOU IN ADDING TO MY FUN VACATION AND LOOKING FORWARD TO MY FUTURE VISIT.“

“I love this place! I go in for amazing food during the day and if I decide to go out at night it is the perfect spot to be. Different dj’s every night which allows people with different music taste to enjoy. Also, pizza till 1 am… Can’t complain“

“We decided to try out the food on a Sunday afternoon. Lourdes was our server and she was very attentive professional and encouraging. The food was very good. The chicken tenders were definitely worth getting. I was looking forward to the french fries that were in most pictures but they have switched them. However, the new fries are very good. The cobb salad looked very fresh and my husband enjoyed it. We also got the wings with my husband and daughter ate and they were on special on Sundays. Both of them seem to enjoy them. Then we got the cheesecake for dessert it was really tasty and the strawberry sauce topped it off for sure. It was a comfortable atmosphere not very loud except when somebody scored a touchdown. My daughter's patty melt was supposed to be on ciabatta bread according to the menu. However the server found out that they're switching over to sourdough bread but they happily made a new sandwich and new fries on the ciabatta bread. The patty melt was excellent. This is a place I would come back again to for the food for sure. And we did receive the veterans discount as a previous reviewer reported.“

“Great dive bar atmosphere with fresh as it gets oysters! The bartender grabs your beer, wine, soda or whatever, takes your order AND shucks your oysters! The night I was there they had Chesapeake Bay oysters. We got them raw and they were magnificent! Napkin caddies mounted right above the bar seats. Super convenient and great use of space. Super smart on many levels, if you ask me! We got a pound of peek and eat shrimp, BIG and perfectly seasoned! So delicious! Last we had to try the gumbalya and it did not disappoint. Full of shrimp, andouille sausage etc (I can’t recall all that’s in it). Broth is full of flavor with a pretty good kick! Not a lot of rice, contradictory to the name, but I wouldn’t change a thing. This is definitely worth the visit! Very reasonably priced, too 👍🏼👍🏼“

“This is our second time coming!!! For this restaurant being a hole in the wall, you do not expect to have an amazing service, amazing food that every taste is filled with such a delight!!! Personally, the lamb chops. Once you put them in your mouth they fall apart so beautifully and not a lot of places can make lamb chops that taste and are amazing. I would highly recommend everybody to come here.“

“Went to this bar to watch the 49ers and Seahawks playoff game. The bar was clean for the most part and they had all the games on. I ordered a burger with onion rings. The burger was pretty good. Nothing exceptional. The onion rings were good but a bit greasy. The churro fries were great. Overall this is a great place to watch your favorite team or hate watch your friends team.“

“Great place to get some good food. My family and I stopped here before heading to SFB airport. Coming off a long cruise, exhausted, tired, and hangry, we wanted some fast food. They gentleman working opened the doors half an hour early for us. Great food, excellent service“

“My friend and I are visiting from Miami and this was the only spot around that didn’t close by 10pm. We tried 2 other places before this one but they were super dead. Even though it was already pretty late, this place actually had some life to it. Good vibes all around. The bartender Jose is literally an angel. He was so sweet and friendly, never once forgot my name (love that), and his customer service was on point. Some random dude started bothering my friend and I, and Jose immediately came over to make sure we were okay. He even kept an eye on our drinks when we went to the bathroom. First time ever meeting him and he made us feel so safe and taken care of. The place was clean, chill, and just a good vibe overall… but honestly we’re going back just for Jose!! We love you!“

“I’ve been hitting Sportstown for years and it never disappoints. Whether I’m rolling in for a few rounds of pool, diving into arcade games, or just grabbing drinks with friends, the vibe is exactly what I’m after. The game selection is wild—pool tables, pinball, ping pong—and the staff are friendly and solid. Drinks are well‑priced and the atmosphere keeps the energy up without getting out of hand. One of my go‑to spots in the city.“

“My husband and I recently found this little gem while looking up local bars in the area. We can’t say enough good this about this bar and the bartender Lindsay is the best. She always greets us with a big smile while popping open my husband’s Corona and lime almost before we sit down. It’s the little things that make this place special. We will continue to come back to see and support our favorite bartender Lindsay.“

“I went to The Library during UCF Parent's Weekend and I'm not even kidding - I felt like a kid again! The 1st DJ warmed up the crowd for Hamilton, and both had the place jumping. Literally! They clearly have their fingers on the pulse of the crowd! To add icing on the cake, Quincy provided hospitality with grace and enthusiasm that made the whole experience extremely memorable. If I were younger I would hang out at this place every weekend!“

“Came in yesterday for Veterans Day
It was super busy. There was a wait for tables, so we sat at the bar. Chelsea was my Bartender, She was running around making drinks, I felt bad I wish she had help. She did an amazing job for it being just her back there.
My drinks were delivered on time, she kept a smile on her face. I kept thinking to myself how people could multitask like that, I could never.
10/10 would recommend this place and definitely the manhattan!“
