I had a very special request for my wedding anniversary, and let's just say that Melissa went WAY above and beyond to make it happen. Her customer service is second-to-none, and her willingness to help her customers is unprecedented!In addition to the truly outstanding customer service, the brownies are by far the best in town. My wife loves the classic, brownies, I absolutely loved the M&M's brownie, and our daughters couldn't get enough of the sprinkles and "Worms in Dirt" brownies.From the customer service to the food, everything was absolutely perfect! Stackd Brownies will be our family spot for special treats for years to come!!!

Service was average. We purchased 4 different types of brownies and none of them were good at all. Tasted old and dry. Not much flavor. My 7 year old didn’t even like them. Thinking how many homemade brownies I could have made for $16.
The brownies weren’t good unfortunately. I am a brownie enthusiast and I’d say these even fall further than a prepackaged brownie bite taste wise. The brownie is very bland. Not like your typical fudge chocolate brownie at all. Usually brownies are fudgey or cakey. These brownies didn’t fall under either category. The texture was very strange and disappointing. Wanted to love it!

I'm an Uber driver and discovered this place via picking up a couple of orders. I am a brownie LOVER and had a craving today so caved in and ordered.First and foremost, I love the fact that they offer local delivery instead of paying the horrendous fees on Uber Eats. What is a $30 order on their website is a $50+ order on uber eats because of the fees Uber Eats charges. Super convenient if you live close by like I do.The brownies arrived packaged beautifully, and appearance wise very appealing. Beautiful job to the cook(s)!However with all of that being said, I have to honestly give 2 stars ONLY because, the brownies themselves are indeed lacking that rich, chocolate brownie flavor. And not just one or two but the whole 6 pack I ordered, with 4 different varieties total, lacked in actual rich, brownie flavor in the brownie part.The toppings however were very flavorful. So I wonder if they are trying to avoid making the overall product too sweet by skimping out on the flavor of the brownie itself. Or I just caught them on a bad day. But, I feel like there should be better ways to improve the richness of the brownie flavor itself without taking too much away from the toppings and without making the overall dessert overly sweet.Before ordering, I did see another review that stated that the brownies themselves were a bit bland and I now unfortunately know what they mean.Pls note that I didn't want to believe it and didn't see any other reviews that stated this surprising which is why I continued to order.When you see these things, you'll understand when I say I didnt want to believe it, your mouth starts watering and you instantly wanna buy a 12 pack ? BUT if you're looking for a traditional brownie with a rich, chocolate brownie flavor. I don't think this one is for you. Genuinely the flavor is more like a lightly brownie flavored chocolate cake with fully flavored toppings.Also, the peanut butter swirl on the reeses brownies is grainy in texture, not smooth/creamy like you would assume by looking at it.Again, not saying any of this to bash the business because I still think they do a beautiful job with the execution of their product and this place is perfect for those who DON'T like a rich flavored brownie. But again, for my fellow true brownie lovers, this most likely is not for you.

A couple of things to know if you are reading their reviews and getting mixed messages.1. The people who gave them one star and mentioned the removal of the chickens should not be taken seriously. These people are keyboard warriors responding to a malicious rumor that wasn't true. Don't give their reviews any weight.2. It's 2024. Cash is rarely used to make purchases any more. Businesses don't keep much cash on hand because it's a risk. It is NOT ridiculous that a business cannot give you change for a cash purchase. Use your card or have exact change, boomer!That said, Stackd Brownies are excellent! Rich, sweet, decadent. Fudge brownies for the purist and several other varieties for the adventurous. Highly recommended.
