Standard starbucks. Beyond standard service. Almost every time I go here, an employee strands out for their service. Coffee is overpriced, and now that they don't filter brew, I find myself going a lot less. But the service is excellent every time..
Parking: Nearby businesses take up spots with signs indicating that only their customers may park there. Weekends especially can be difficult to find parking.

They need to be aware of the many teens on bikes hanging around here. They are intimidating because they get in the way and stare at you. They also curse a lot. I have come numerous times on the weekends and it's always like this.

Wish every Starbucks had such a relaxed environment as this one. Lots of room and space for people to move around do their thing. Not just in the store but the whole area of this location is in general is nice and quiet and chill. So if you like loud machine noises and lots of people everywhere don’t come here.

I frequently come to this Starbucks to work on schoolwork. During one of my more recent visits I experienced sub par customer service with a male employee (I believe his name was Clay). It was corrected very quickly by another female employee (I believe her name was June). She was quick to help me with my simple issue. It was disheartening to feel initially shut down, and intimidating to return to the counter to get the issue resolved. Thankfully June stepped up instead of the previous employee. Later on, I overheard the same male employee seemingly lecture the female employees. I have had nothing but amazing experiences with them in the past, but this is the first time I noticed something like this and have it negatively impact my experience here. It was very disruptive to my work and I feel like the conversation could’ve been held behind the line as opposed to in front of all of the customers. It’s just not tasteful to be talking negatively about other coworkers so openly with other employees.

The coffee has gone down hill and the prices have gone up so much for the poor quality. Last couple times paid $7 for a watered down cup of ice and milk literally no coffee.

Make sure you check your drink. Ordered a venti and when I got home only have the cup was full. $8.53 for a tall basically. Also tried calling the store to let them know but no one picks up the phone.
The Pecan Crunch Oatmeal Latte Made My Stomach Sick for six days and five nights.
My sister came to visit and treated me to a grande Pecan Crunch Oatmeal Latte Monday morning (11/4/24). Within two hours, my body felt tired. There is an ingredient in that latte that made my stomach sick. I knew it was from the latte because I have always eaten pretty healthy food/beverage. The latte was the only "junk" I consumed that day before I detected something wrong with my body.
Since then, I have been hearing a cow mooing, a frog croaking, a waterfall, and the rumbling of a storm in my upper belly for four freaken days now. The constant waves of grinding and aching pain in my upper belly throughout the day and night comes and goes made me restless, tired, and sleepless. Anything with dairy triggered vomiting too.
Natural remedies such as ginger tea and ginger candy to calm my stomach didn't help. Over-the-counter medicine doesn't seem to make the aching pain go away either.
I hardly drank coffee due to negative reactions to my body from the caffeine like sleeplessness and hyperactivity. Since my sister insisted on treating me to a grande latte early in the morning, I thought of no harm would come possibly happen.
When I feel better again, I will never drink another cup of latte/coffee in this lifetime from Starbucks. Now I will be going to a doctor to have my stomach checked next week.

The manager of this starbucks has always been so kind. They're usually very speedy here and make a great London fog. I am a regular, and I've never had to return a drink or wait more than 10 minutes.
