I went in and was greeted right way. I ordered subways for my family which were delicious! The girl Jessica who made my food was very pleasant. I’ll definitely be back!!

Wife used to like getting their Italian BMT and adding turkey to it. Today I was told they aren't allowed to do that anymore. We were told we had to get a turkey sub and add pepperoni and salami to it instead. What kind of logic is that? Then when we got this sub there was almost no pepperoni or salami on it. This used to be our favorite sub place, but I guess we will just go pay less for better subs at publix from now on. Don't recommend coming here.

Not sure if his name, but the gentleman working tonight had some of the best customer service I have ever had at a restaurant, not even just a Subway but any restaurant. Tall guy, longer hair and tattoos. Made me feel so welcome while asking me about my day. This is an employee who really cares about service. Felt like I was just talking with an old buddy. Good job man!

This place is bullshit. I placed an order and when I arrive to the restaurant I get a notification from the app telling me my order is ready. I open the app and it tells me that my order has been voided and cancelled. I went into the store and asked the worker what happened and he said yeah I voided it because of some reason having to do with something being out (he had turned around and mumbled this so I really have no clue what he said). He then turns and tells me he’ll work with me once he finishes making these two peoples sandwiches that were there before I went in. Okay that’s fine I go and sit at a table closest to the sub station. Fifteen minutes passes as he makes their sandwiches. And I have no clue what happened to my order. More people walk in. He serves them. Absolutely zero regard for me sitting there waiting to get food for my husband and kids at home. I walked out after 20 minutes of being blatantly ignored.

Mobile curbside pickup order was voided without warning, when my wife went to ask for help in store she was asked to wait for the employee to finish another order. She waited, more customers came in and the employee ignored her to make their orders instead of serving the one who had been waiting for assistance.

The person working was doing someone else’s sub while I was there first and forgot to put toppings on. When I asked if she had put them on she said yes but I clearly saw she didn’t and when I got home it was confirmed. I will never go to this one again because even her attitude was poor. No oil and vinegar or garlic sauce like I asked. Here is picture of proof.

The woman who manages this place does an amazing job. This Subway is far superior to the one on the UCF campus because of that. The ingredients are always fresh and in supply. When the manager makes the sandwiches herself, they are always perfect! Mistakes happen only when other employees make the sandwiches. (Pro tip: She makes almost all of the online orders.)

Wow Subway, I placed an online order to get the BOGO footlong deal and when I called to ask them to toast the sandwich—they said they don't have tuna because of a shortage and offered to give us veggie sandwiches. My father said to cancel the order and the guy told us to cancel on the app. However, after we got off the phone he placed the order as ready and I don't see any option to cancel. I called several times and the man refused to answer the phone. Gonna have to call my credit card company and I'm never returning to this trash of a Subway location.

Ordered a takeaway.. all was prepared right on time. But the sandwiches were all like vege sandwiches!!!! All the protein that we ordered was almost not there!!! Like butter on toast!!! Very stingy management at this particular branch!!! Waste of money!!

After over a decade of subway, I found out that subway has discontinued swiss cheese so they officially lost my business forever. HOWEVER, they introduced these auntie anne's pretzels sticks that are pretty good. The only thing that i'd suggest is to use the auntie anne's salt because the subway salt on the auntie anne's pretzel messes up the auntie anne's dough and makes it lose its good sweet taste. If you bring back swiss i'll come back, but for now i'm out.

I used order from here and my order was correct every time. I asked for toasted twice now and my sandwich was never toasted. I even asked the lady in person was this toasted because my sandwich was cold. I know the difference was a toasted sub that's been sitting there to one that wasn't. Asli I checked my sandwich. So I will not being ordering here no longer since you staff can't ready simple instructions.
I do not understand why would subway block their window and not anyone see adding meat and cheese to their subs. Not seeing the adding process doesn’t mean I didn’t know the deducted meat portion this location did to their subs. Would highly recommend anyone to visit a different store.
