This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a Subway. The restaurant was spotless, creating a welcoming and clean atmosphere from the moment I walked in. The employees—and especially the manager, Kenni—were incredibly kind and attentive. Kenni even checked in on us to make sure everything was going well and was a great conversationalist, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

Alex made my sandwiches and gave excellent recommendations when I wasn’t sure what to order. Every sandwich turned out perfect—fresh, delicious, and exactly what I wanted. The sandwich-making station was fully stocked with fresh ingredients, and the team clearly takes pride in maintaining high standards.

These employees genuinely made a lasting impression on me and elevated my overall Subway experience. I’ll definitely be returning!

Horrible I was at a different subway and had accidentally forgot to change my pick up location. The manager at current sub said it it’s ok just call the other store and cancel. I literally tried calling 30x phone off hook! No way of cancelling on app either and they charged my card with no pick up of sandwiches!! I even called the next day 20 more times no pick up!!! Then I try to find customer service number it’s just for gift card and it’s a voice message!!!! This is a rip off! U would have gone back to the other store but it’s over an hour away. Ridiculous!!!!!

The food here is good the only problem I ever have when I come here is the lettuce is occasionally pink/browning. But the service is always amazing Lex is a bright and smiling face every time I come in no matter how late it is. He will have a line of people and still give each customer a personable experience. If every subway had employees like Lex I think they would be doing so much better. Lex if you see this Thank you so much for being so kind every time I see you!

Robin at the Oviedo location was amazing!!! We came in 40 minutes til close and she was a gem. So sweet, great customer service, extremely quick and lovely. Just wanted her to get the recognition she deserves.

Worst managed location I've ever seen! Staff, including management are extremely rude and extremely slow! They act like they're doing you a favor by being there. Wish I could give negative stars. As I look through the reviews I see this is a long standing and continual problem with this location. Sincerely would smile inside if they went out of business!

How do you order a meatball sub thru Uber Eats, pick it up and find out your sub has zero meatballs on it? Whomever made the sub wrote a note on the cookie bag stating sorry no meatballs, but they gave me a few extra cookies. All i got was a sub filled with tons of pepperoni and the cheese.

Just ordered a new chicken salad wrap and got home and saw it only had about a teaspoon of chicken salad on the whole wrap. I should have just got the veggie. This was a waste of money
