How do you order a meatball sub thru Uber Eats, pick it up and find out your sub has zero meatballs on it? Whomever made the sub wrote a note on the cookie bag stating sorry no meatballs, but they gave me a few extra cookies. All i got was a sub filled with tons of pepperoni and the cheese.

Just ordered a new chicken salad wrap and got home and saw it only had about a teaspoon of chicken salad on the whole wrap. I should have just got the veggie. This was a waste of money

Customer service is BEYOND pathetic. You have only 1 person handling the place. Long waiting time. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.
The lady with the short hair is terrible she has the worst attitude and is very rude. The worst costumer service I have ever experienced after making the sandwich just left it on the counter by the register did not bag it or anything just walked away and left me standing there. I would give this location negative stars if I could.

Ordered online after work- got home there was very very very little steak on my STEAK sub. You couldn’t see it until you opened it up and picked off the toppings. I drove back to the store and the young man put up his finger and walked into the back- he had a very defensive attitude- he told me there was nothing wrong with the sun and he would eat it. I stated I am not paying over ten dollars for a sub that has no meat. He said well I can’t give you a refund I’m not aloud- I said could you call a manager and he said no come back tomorrow. My work schedule did not allow me to go back- I called for the next 4 days and the phone just rang.Don’t waste your money I’m sad to say.

8/9/2023 time 9:40pm. My friend and I put in an online order to pick up at the restaurant and all I have to say is gross gross gross! Forgot the cheese on both our sandwiches, left out oil, vingar, salt and pepper on both, switched our breads around. I also went in to pick it up and said thank you to the guy working, he completely disregarded me and rolled his eyes at me as he was cleaning up getting ready to close. Haven’t eaten all day and I got dang sandwich with no cheese on it, smh
